Our whole family, without exception, liked the hotel very much. There were four of us, me and my husband, a daughter of 6 years old and a mother. Initially ordered two rooms at once. Arrived quickly from the airport. The reception has Russian-speaking staff, but a little knowledge of English will not hurt, for everyone's convenience. The amount of vocabulary of the English lexicon that we know, and this is not so much, was quite enough for us to solve our questions. We practically did not wait for the check-in, we were escorted to the rooms, our things were brought. At our request, we were settled in neighboring rooms, absolutely equal. The daughter lived in a room with her grandmother. The only difference between our rooms was the beds. Otherwise, everything is almost identical. The rooms are, as expected, in excellent condition. The rooms were upgraded upon check-in to a higher category, without surcharges, which was a pleasant surprise. Cleaning is excellent, all the necessary accessories are in abundance, there is a mini kitchenette with a sink, kettle and cups. Very comfortable upholstered furniture and nice wicker furniture on the balcony. Separate table with soft chairs, all furniture and appliances in excellent condition, nice carpet. Comfortable and functional bathroom, bathrobes and slippers, you can't fault it. Of course, excellent service, both in the room and throughout the hotel. When choosing a hotel, this was the starting point, since the rest was with an elderly mother and a small child. For the child, animation, a kids club and, of course, good and varied food were very important. The kids club did not disappoint. Daughter went to him with great pleasure, especially for fun in the pool. Very responsible and attentive attitude to each child, fun and interesting contests with prizes and awards. I also liked the animation for adults, even our grandmother participated a little. I would also like to note the excellent SPA center and professional massage in the hotel itself. We bought a massage course for my mother and for my husband and I, everyone was delighted. The beach is excellent, clean, private, constantly guarded. The entrance is gentle, bathed with pleasure. We saw people swimming in shoes, but we did not need them. There are plenty of places and sun loungers, we never looked for where to lie down. We saw small crabs on the beach, and small jellyfish in the sea itself. They didn’t sting me, it worked out, but my husband was bitten, there was no trace left, and the bite passed by the evening. What is very comfortable and undoubtedly convenient that the hotel operates on the UAL system, which is important for our person, especially in the UAE with strict laws in terms of drinks. In terms of food, the choice is good, and especially in terms of the quality of food and drinks. A good children's menu, chic A la Carte restaurants, and especially fish Bone and Lalezar with Turkish cuisine. Great selection of drinks and cocktails at the Cigar Bar. Several bars around the area and on the beach. The territory itself is well-groomed and comfortable, the cooling pools are clean, without the smell of bleach and without irritation on the skin after swimming, with this sometimes there were problems in other hotels. Excellent children's pool and various outdoor activities. In summary, I will say that the hotel is excellent and we will be happy to return here more than once.
