Стал плохой отель. Became a bad hotel.

We were in this hotel for the 4th time, we were expecting a presentation from the hotel, as other guests told us they can provide an improved room, when booking we wrote about this to the hotel, when we arrived at the reception we were offered an improved room as frequent guests, but as it turned out we had previously lived in a room that we were given "improved".
What remained beautiful is the warm sea and the pool.
The food in the restaurant has deteriorated, there is nothing to feed the children for breakfast, only scrambled eggs and that’s it, there used to be sausages at least, now they are sometimes for breakfast and lunch, but they can’t be eaten either spicy or without the taste of white.
The food is all monotonous, either grilled chicken or half-baked meat.
There is not even an ordinary potato in any form !!!
There used to be a children's table, now there are diet food.
The dessert table is generally the same for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Every time I went to a restaurant, I had a headache about what to feed children 5 and 10 years old, then everything was spicy and smoked, then raw, french fries saved me, but again it doesn’t always happen.
Fruits - apples, rarely grapes, pineapple, bananas, watermelons, melons, cherries disappeared this year.
You could take a towel on the beach at any time - now by the hour, it's not very convenient to have to go to the pool.
The hotel has 80% of guests from Kazakhstan.
Alcohol in the restaurant, the wine is even more or less, but in the bar it's just G... but other drinks such as rum and whiskey are not possible to drink, and there is little sense.
We lived in a room 2 adults and 2 children aged 5 and 10 brought 3 bath towels and 1 hand towel, on the last day before leaving they brought 4 pcs, they probably saw how many people...
On the last day before departure, we were picked up at 11-30 and we didn’t get to lunch, and there was absolutely nothing to give the children for breakfast, they fried pita bread with cheese and suddenly they agreed to eat it and I decided to take 4 pieces with me since the flight was at 16 -15 and before we were always picked up at 12-30 and then a restaurant employee runs up to me and says you can’t take food with you, and even put people watching us so that we wouldn’t take these 4 pieces, a terrible attitude remained about this hotel, these 4 pieces went into the trash, but they might not have noticed what I took to the children, they were all sitting at the table.
Now I read my good reviews about this hotel over the past years and do not believe what I wrote.
