Who does the author recommend the hotel to?: For a relaxing holiday; For families with children
I want to say this right away - Bin Majid Beach Resort is a bungalow-type hotel and is located outside the city, has 4 stars, and Bin Majid Beach Hotel has three stars and is located in the city itself.
We rested in May 2010 in Bin Majid Beach Resort. Great vacation. But only for those who want peace, to be far from civilization, as they say, "so that no one gets it. " There are three swimming pools on the territory of the hotel, they are regularly cleaned and washed. The beach is private, clean, white sand, sun loungers with mattresses. At low tide, the sea actually goes very far. Fish swim near the shore, but there is no particular beauty, as in Egypt. Everything is civil. Those tourists who are going to go there - specify the category of the room. In no case do not take a room with a bamboo roof (these are cheap sheds on the outskirts of the hotel), ask for a deluxe room (a separate bungalow) or in a two-story house. The difference in price, believe me, is small.
We had a private bungalow, with a glass wall with a sliding door. View of the sea and the hotel. Better - just do not wish. The room is large enough, however, at first some "wear" caught my eye, but then we simply did not notice it.

Rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed every day, bed linen - every 3 days.
In the room - air conditioning, hair dryer, refrigerator, TV, telephone, safe. Everything is free.
On the territory of the hotel there is a playground, a tennis court, an Ayurveda center, and most importantly - a poultry house, something like a mini-zoo. There are peacocks, chickens, roosters, pigeons, ducks, geese, parrots and some other local songbirds (all this living creature yells together every morning). And, yes, turtles sometimes crawl out. The kids will be interested.
The territory of the hotel is very well maintained, green, there are a lot of flowers. Lots of benches, porches, pavilions. In the evening and at night, all this beauty is illuminated by multi-colored lanterns.
Lifeguards are on duty at the pools. There are no animators.
Meals were taken for breakfast and dinner - quite enough. We went to Ras Al Khaimah for food for lunch. A taxi to the shopping center costs 8 dirhams, from the store to the hotel - 5 dirhams (one dirham is about 8-10 Russian rubles). If you use the hotel car, the price will be 3-4 times higher.
Of the excursions, I want to recommend a trip to Oman with a stop at the carpet market (the carpets there are actually excellent and you can bargain very, very much) - underwater swimming, amazing landscapes, a colorful local fish market and fishing, where you can catch a huge tuna. I advise women to visit Moroccan baths. You will remember such a pleasure all your life, you will leave from there completely renewed.
A few words about food. Buffet. There was enough food. Fruit, however, is not enough, usually they gave papaya, melon, watermelon, grapes, apples, pears. They have excellent pastries and all desserts, especially mousses. Every evening we enjoyed the singing of the Filipinos live and the oriental dance of a beautiful girl.

In general, the rest is excellent, take a cream with a high sun protection factor with you, even those who tan well. It is better to dress children in white clothes that completely cover the body (do not worry, your child will also tan even in clothes). The sun is scorching there, you won’t even feel how you burn out in 10 minutes.
