Отвратительное место!!!!!!! Terrible place!!!!!!

Terrible hotel. Wherever you look, discomfort is everywhere. I'll start from the very beginning. stayed at this hotel for 14 days, consisting of 3 adults and 2 children aged 3 and 4.5 years. We took 2 rooms (boars) for me and my husband and for a nanny with kids. We settled at 10 pm, so the kids didn’t go to dinner, my husband and I went to the restaurant for drinks and what do you think, we were told the following: bring the children, we’ll pour them, but we won’t let them into the room !!!! ! (all inclusive system) . . This system was fought all the rest.
Number: one horror: dirt, dust, cobwebs on the lamps, twilight. Half of the lamps do not burn, shower: it's just a disaster and unsanitary conditions!!! ! The doors are broken, mold in the shower itself, the toilet lid is broken, the air conditioner is leaking for 4 days until they arranged an op with a call to all managers, they did nothing, the smell in the room is like in a landfill, towels with holes and in tatters, cleaning is not daily, but as they want , if you suddenly ordered food in the room, then your leftovers and plates will not be removed for more than a day, even if you put them out the door !!! ! The room is a kennel !!
Receptionist: always dissatisfied faces of employees. . . Most likely due to the lack of air conditioning. . . They do not respond to requests to do something at all. . Favorite answer: ok!!!

Beach: the water is warm, clear, but the beach itself is not well maintained at all!!!!!!
Restaurant: all inclusive system is: breakfast lunch dinner!!!! ! No snacks!!! ! The food is delicious!! ! No choice!! ! Once they even removed that meager buffet and brought a piece of paper with 6 lines, after which they had to call the managers because the children were forced to dine with french fries and EVERYTHING ! ! The rest is hot! ! And then the potatoes were yelled out!!!!
Bars: this is generally a comedy and not bars))))) in free bars for everything on, everything always ended instantly and there weren’t for several days, children had to buy juices in stores !!!! ! Beer, whiskey, cola light, juices - all this periodically disappeared)))) in the bar in the pool there is complete unsanitary conditions . . : the counter itself is covered in fungi and mold... The boards on which the products are cut are all in ants.
Territory: not well-groomed and not monitored: if your neighbor spilled cola, then you will watch this dark dirty spot for a long time!!!
As for some entertainment... They simply do not exist . . After dinner, everyone sleeps !!!! ! there is nothing for children or adults to do . .
On weekends the locals come. How many rested and traveled around the world for the first time faced such horror !!! ! You can't even rate this hotel. . Disgusting place!! !
