This was our first trip to the Emirates and the Waldorf Astoria Hotel was the best fit for a first acquaintance with the country and a holiday for the whole family. The first impression was just amazing. Chic atmosphere, a huge fountain in the lobby, everything is very luxurious and stylish. And this pleasant impression did not leave us until the very departure. You don’t have to worry about understanding, there is Russian-speaking staff at the reception and all questions, and there weren’t many of them)), were resolved almost instantly. From the airport we were taken by a personal transfer, only for our family. The meeting at the hotel is very pleasant and cordial, and in the whole hotel everyone is in their place, and this is very felt. The room is amazing. We booked necessarily with a balcony, and it turned out to be just as far from small). The room was with two huge beds, a large hallway and a very comfortable bathroom. Cleaning was done at least twice a day. I don’t even need to talk about the cleanliness of towels and bed linen, everything was just on top. Very good quality cosmetics in the bathroom. For the birthday of the child, they brought us a cake and fruit in the room, although we did not ask for this separately, but it was certainly nice. They tried to please each of us, little notes with the wishes of a pleasant sleep)), good rest, fresh flowers. So the service is thought out to the smallest detail. From the first trip to another country, in most cases, one gets the impression, and the hotel should be on top. Very pleasant communication, fast, and most importantly, very high-quality hotel selection, excellent service, the tour picked up in 15 minutes. The hotel is also ideal for children, while there is no feeling of a children's hotel. Everything is demarcated, separate pools for families, with a fenced-off children's swimming area, covered with an awning. There is also an adult-only pool, which is smaller and even slightly warmer. When the kids were in the kids club, we enjoyed swimming and the silence with great pleasure. The kids club is also well thought out. There is just a part of the territory under a canopy, as well as indoors. They do not just play with children and turn on cartoons, but try to entice them with master classes, educational games. The children spent time there with great pleasure, sometimes it was simply not possible to take them back in the evening)). There are many restaurants, with different cuisine and the same excellent service. At the weekend there was a large influx of people, apparently some kind of conference was held, but the waiters at breakfast just flew. It was evident that they were in a hurry with all their might, but this had almost no effect on the quality. There was one small hitch with drinks, for 10 minutes, no more. Alcohol at the hotel is not cheap, but if you wish, you can bring it with you from duty free or from a mall nearby. But what is simply beyond praise is a magnificent SPA, I have not yet seen a better one. The hotel fully justified itself in all respects, we had a great time with the whole family.
