Before leaving, I read reviews - the desire to go was gone.
We were there in the last week of April just before May.
Surprisingly, everything turned out well. maybe because they expected much worse.
The hotel is good. food is superb. but at dinner drinks are paid and very expensive. 0.5 liters of ordinary table water - about 12 dirhams (the exchange rate to the dollar is 3.65 dirhams). I'm not talking about feathers. .
room service . . this is separate. We left tips regularly, but we were almost constantly "forgotten" to leave a shower set (lotion, gel, etc. ).
Towels and bed linen can be changed daily.
The disadvantage for me was that the towels (which are issued by cards at the reception) start to come out from 8 am. For those who like to sit on the beach at lunchtime in the heat - quite normal. I usually go at 6 am.

there are sunbeds, everything is free, everything is enough. there are stationary large umbrellas made of palm leaves and wood. if you didn’t have enough, they themselves or the beach worker will install an ordinary cloth one.
of course, towels, loungers - free of charge.
The first 3 days of our holiday was a sandstorm on the peninsula. at the resort, this was affected by a specific storm. Swimming in the bay was not allowed. then the water became calmer.
pools. pools are good. 2 adults and a children's paddling pool. 2 own slides (one, however, is quite small, the second is quite normal for an adult).
The food is varied. in Kyiv she dreamed of getting better - it did not work out. There, with 2 meals a day, the result was achieved).
The general impression is that Crimea has been ennobled. 99% of vacationers are Russian-speaking families with children or "aged" grannies (I would like such children! ).
at the reception - Russian-speaking hostesses, in souvenir shops - Ukrainian saleswomen. I'm not talking about the host guides, and so everything is clear.
from the hotel to Dubai you can take a shuttle bus (free of charge), but not recommended. Dofiga people are stuffed into the minibus. drive without traffic jams for about 40 minutes. plugs are common.
there are 2 shuttle buses to Mega Mall and Sahara Mall. there are quite decent stores (like Zara and the like). By the way, everything is much cheaper.
the rooms have specifics - there are no handles in the windows. that is, they should not open. I was very worried about this, but the problem was solved on the first evening - we were given a pen. Since then, the window in our room was closed only by cleaning ladies (why, I don’t understand, because they didn’t turn on the air conditioner).
Well, that's all. if anything - write
