We returned home yesterday. Wonderland. I can’t even believe that all this was built in some 40 years in the desert. But first things first.
VERY nice beach. There are many more sun loungers and umbrellas than people. The sand is white, at the entrance to the sea there are a few stones (it causes surf at high tide) and shells. If you go out for a swim early in the morning (at about 6 am), you need to carefully look under your feet: crabs run, stingrays emerge from the bottom, sea urchins lie. While swimming, we saw fish: size - from fry to 20-25 cm. Water temperature - 32-35 degrees. In the evening, sometimes it seems that you go into a hot bath. We were lucky, the waves appeared only on the last day. The entrance to the sea is very gentle. The depth depends on the ebb and flow of the tide: the difference is at least 1-1.5 meters. If you look at the surf line - the difference is 10 meters (or even more).
Breakfasts. The same choice: milk porridge, beans in tomato, scrambled eggs (or fried eggs), sausages, fried potatoes, boiled eggs, buns, croissants, cherry jam, honey, mayonnaise (clearly homemade in olive oil), milk (very tasty), 4 types of cereal, canned pineapples (or peaches, or fruit mix), 5 types of cheese (from hard varieties to very soft cheese that can be used as a filling for vegetables), peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, olive oil, ketchups, tea, coffee , lemon, sprigs of mint, cream for coffee. From all this you can make yourself a variety of breakfasts. You definitely won't be hungry. We didn't take lunch or dinner. Other vacationers said that the portions for dinner are so huge that it is impossible to eat everything, they provide fresh fruit.

Internet is only paid (10 dirhams per hour, course: $ 1 - 3.55 dirhams). The speed is not very good. Skype is slow.
The room is big. The veranda goes directly to the beach. In the room: a table for work, a chair, a large mirror, a floor lamp, 2 beds, a bedside table, a lamp on the bedside table, a large built-in wardrobe, a TV, a TV stand. Enough space to put all things. Floor - tiles. Separate kitchenette: refrigerator, table, sink for washing vegetables / fruits. From dishes - two glasses and two saucers. At the first request, they gave a kettle (0.5 liters), two adapters for sockets. Large bathroom: toilet, bidet, bathtub, washbasin, regular and magnifying mirror, shelves for toiletries and towels. They gave out 2 tubes of shower gel, 6 disposable shampoo sachets, 2 rolls of toilet paper. I almost forgot - the air conditioner works great.
On the territory of the motel there is a swimming pool (for children and adults), awnings, sun loungers by the pool. water temperature - 34-35 degrees. But we used it only on the last day (when the sea was stormy).
Room cleaning daily. Bed and towels are changed every day. Remove very unobtrusively. If you are in the room - they are interested in whether it is possible to clean now, or come back later.
There are practically no Russian speakers at the reception: one hardly speaks Russian. Not everyone speaks English either. But very friendly. They smile and try to fulfill all requests. Only now the iron (together with the ironing board) was given only from the second request and only on the third day.
The shops are very far away. In the bar, water is paid (a bottle of water 350 grams costs 12 dirhams; in the mall a similar bottle of water costs 0.95 dirhams). We were in Ramadan, so the free bus to Sharjah went only in the evening (usually 2 times a day), to Dubai - 2 times a day (usually 3 times). You can go and buy water all the time. So on the first day it is better to buy water on the plane - it will be cheaper (1 bottle of water 0.5 liters - $ 1).

Excursions. We went to Dubai (classic and modern). You can only take "Modern Dubai". A wonderful excursion is "Safari to the desert". Just keep in mind that a jeep ride through the dunes is cooler than any roller coaster. If the stomach does not hold its contents very well, it is better to refuse this trip. But impressions - Ends with dinner and a show program in the Bedouin camp right in the desert. An interesting tour of 5 emirates (the difference between the emirates is huge even visually. The tour includes lunch, swimming in the Indian Ocean. Water temperature - 24-25 degrees. Also interesting excursion "Musandam": rest on the Indian Ocean in Oman (with border crossing) We go to the lagoon on a traditional fishing boat (only with all amenities), then extreme banana riding, on a motor boat, swimming in the lagoon, you can jump into the water directly from the boat (the depth in this place is 3-4 meters). Everyone is given life jackets (on a banana - a must), fins, a mask with a snorkel. Then right on the boat - lunch (buffet), during the whole trip - cookies, sweets, tea, coffee, water (regular and sweet), oranges, apples of two varieties. After lunch - fruits: bananas, oranges, apples, watermelon, sweets. . .
We ourselves went by taxi to Sharjah (up to the viewing wheel - 10 dirhams). We walked along the pedestrian zone. We walked to the singing and dancing colored fountains (with a laser show). The way back from the fountains - 13 dirhams.
The overall impression of the country is excellent. Women only - wear clothing that covers your knees and shoulders (preferably 3/4 sleeves) and clothing should not be tight fitting. There are fewer requirements for men: preferably trousers that cover the knees, T-shirts without any offensive inscriptions and drawings.
Well, that's all : ) If you have any questions - write, I'll answer.
