We recently returned from the Emirates, went there for the first time, I hasten to tell you in detail, because when I chose the hotel there were few fresh reviews on this site. We rested together with my husband, 10 days, took only breakfast, a room with a sea view.
We went from the Tour Operator TRAVKO, in general there are no complaints about it, with the exception of one point, but more on that later. This is even more of a remark to the guide, and not to the company as a whole.
ARRIVAL arrived at Dubai airport at 6 pm (time difference with Ukraine + 1 hour), i. e. in their time it was already seven. at this time it is already dark. We went through registration, scanned the retina (by the way, this scan is done only for women, well, at least while we were standing in line, I did not see at least one man being scanned). After we went to Duty Free, we bought a bottle Whiskey (we are not lovers so we don't need much). They put us on a bus and took us to Sharjah. It takes about 20 minutes to drive if there are no traffic jams. Once you got stuck in a traffic jam, drive for an hour and a half.

HOTEL. We arrived at the entrance to the hotel, the porters pulled out the suitcases themselves and brought them to the room, which was a very pleasant surprise for a 3 * hotel. We rested in fives, but you don’t always see this there. They settled quickly. The hotel looks simple, a little shabby, but clean. They clean it well. There are no balconies. polite, helpful, smiling. Mostly Indians work at the hotel. They speak English, but in poor English, so you need to strain a little to understand. Although in fact they are understanding and you can explain everything on your fingers.
ROOM. They gave the room with two separate beds and gave off a little cigarettes. Then we found out that this was a smoking room, we asked to change it, but we were told that the hotel was full and there were no free ones. (It was true, we later made sure of this, they are there they don’t lie, this is not Turkey). But they promised as soon as something was freed, they would immediately be relocated. the beds were simply moved. But my advice to those who are traveling with children or who have a strong aversion to cigarette smell, ask immediately when ordering tours so that your travel agency indicates in the request that you need a room specifically for non-smokers. At least the hotel explained to us that that if our travel agency indicated this when submitting a request, there would be no problems. The windows in the rooms do not open, the air conditioner is noisy, we set it to 1 so that it does not make much noise, this was enough to cool the room, they turned it off at night. Room cleaning every day twice. The bed is changed tol Only if you put a special sign on the bed, which is on the bedside table. Towels are changed every day, sometimes twice, if they see that they are very wet. Once there was a problem in the room - there is a drain near the toilet on the floor (as we . the toilets on the floor have a hole with a grate where the water drains when the floor is washed, they have something like that there) and now water came out of it, I quickly called the cleaners, they fixed everything in 10 minutes and washed the floors and changed the towel that lay on the floor. There are no bathrobes in the rooms, only towels. Shampoos, gels, soap, everything is there.
BEACH. The beach is small, about 150m long, clean. There are not enough sun loungers when the hotel is fully loaded. Mostly Russians rest in the hotel, and accordingly, the behavior is like under the Council of Deputies, when everyone is afraid that they won’t have enough. many move to the city.
