Let's start with the fact that there was a flight in the evening, the operator called us in the morning and said that it was impossible to settle us at Holiday, there was some kind of conference, we would live in the Marbella hotel. Upon arrival, we were met and taken to the hotel, we didn’t get there for long, in the morning we were at the hotel, they said to wait for 13:00, when they check into the room. Marbella turned out to be a good hotel, there are cottages, a lot of greenery, quiet and peaceful. We decided to come to the Holiday, as it turned out, no conference was held and the rooms were free, so we did not understand the reason for replacing the hotel with us. Well, at least Marbella turned out to be at the proper level. Breakfast in a cafe next to the hotel, there is a choice, we lived on the first floor of the cottage, there was access to the lawn. Went to Holiday for lunch. We met with our operator already in this country, her name is Svetlana, she began to offer us some kind of shopping center for fur coats, gold, etc. . Then she told about the excursions, of course we took Dubai with a 120 dollar lift and dinner on a yacht, what can I say, a chic vacation in a chic country! Also took Abu Dhabi. As a result: dinner was held on some kind of barge in the Soviet canteen! We learned that other companies can be taken much cheaper. We decided to abandon Abu Dhabi, because we still didn’t want to go on an excursion. So this Svetlana ignored our calls! We barely caught it at the hotel and only 30% was returned to us, although there were still 3 days left before the tour. Terrible service from tour operator! And he also begins his meetings with the words that if you buy fur coats, excursions, gold from someone else, then you will be left without a transfer to the airport and without insurance! Impudence. We met vacationers in Holiday, they advised another company, took Abu Dhabi there, then another cruise to Oman, the excursions went well. We recommend the hotel itself, located in the city center, near the central market, where you can buy souvenirs. Near the park with fountains. Next time we will fly and book everything ourselves!
