The Grand Hotel Sharjah 4 * always pleases, first of all, with its staff, cleanliness and comfort. But the tour operator Al Khalidiya Tourism, from whom I booked an excursion, turned out to be unscrupulous. It is very difficult to get me out of myself, but there is a limit to everything. The bus in which we were taken on a tour was in a deplorable state, all shabby, the cabin was dirty, some kind of musty smell. The driver was flying at high speed and not according to the rules, I thought that I would not get anywhere. The tour was led by a woman with poor diction and carried such nonsense, I probably would have told better and more. The tour operator Al Khalidiya Tourism does not respect either people or himself.
