Chose based on reviews here and on other sites. Russian-speaking staff, friendly. Rooms are good, clean well. Breakfast is rather monotonous, but all the food in the hotel is quite high quality and satisfying. Drinks for lunch or dinner for a fee (tea $ 5, somehow after Egypt-Turkey was not happy).
We bought 4 excursions from the hotel guide Nargiz of the Al Khalidiya company. Everything was well organized.
