When they say that this hotel is better than its 4 stars, I can’t agree, it’s certainly better than four stars in Turkey or Egypt, Tunisia, but not 5 - that’s for sure. The check-in was without problems, we arrived late, everything was already prepared and the formalities took 2-3 minutes. Room for 4 - everything is neat, they didn’t see dirt or dust or mold, they cleaned it every day and didn’t take money (tips), so they lay from 1 to the last day of rest. The room service also works at 4, while on the night of arrival we managed to order dinner - we were sent 4 times (and each time to the opposite phone number). The hotel is really adjusted to the maximum for the residents of the CIS countries, by the way there are a lot of them, many Arabs also come for the weekend. The food is also 4 - the choice of dishes is normal, you can find something to eat for a person of any age, nationality and preferences, but it can’t be compared with the same Turkey, although I think the quality is better, it’s true that you can’t take anything out of the restaurant - it’s true, and even men in the restaurant you can only come in pants (you can wear shorts for breakfast). The attitude towards ours is politely cold, loving children - that's for sure and they will talk to them and sip and cheer, but the Arabs are licked from all sides! Although the Arabs come there for one day, and ours obviously for more! The pool was cooled, although on the days when the Arabs had a day off, it cooled better and a lifeguard was on duty on the hill these days, and on the rest the lifeguard was only near the pool below.
