We went to this hotel at the end of December, 2 adults and 1 child. The reception immediately asked for a non-smoking room, they gave us on the 9th floor with views of the shipyard and the approach channel to the port. No noise, good view. The hotel certainly needs renovation, but in general everything is fine. Regarding coffee and tea, which is only given upon arrival, so we didn’t bother to take it with us at breakfast : )))
We didn’t notice any cons, if you don’t like something, call the Reception and after 5 minutes everything is ok. The air conditioner was turned on only when they left the room, they slept without it, they did not notice dampness.
Pluses - a clean private beach, 4 swimming pools, the presence of sun loungers, clear sea, breakfasts are monotonous, but everything you need to eat for breakfast.
We have already written about tanspheres, there are no problems with this. But I would like to have such a hotel in Dubai : ))

Nice hotel for a beach holiday and good value. Of course, there are not enough balconies, but this is not critical.
By the way, I don’t understand people who, in pursuit of savings, take hotels without beaches and go there by bus.
Not far away is the Ajman Kempinski hotel in Ajman, which is also good, you can consider it.
