Rested at the hotel from 10 to 20 October 2012. The hotel is large, at that time there was a renovation, the noise was almost inaudible. Most of the floors have been restored. When I read the reviews I was afraid of old carpets and mold in the rooms. Surprisingly, there was no mold, and the carpets were replaced with new ones. The staff is friendly, especially I would like to mention Yulia. She gave valuable advice and quickly resolved our problems. Due to the fact that at the time of check-in there was no room with one large bed, we were settled in a business room for one day, at no extra charge. The next day they gave me another number, having previously shown it and received my permission to move. The hotel has one minus - nowhere to dry clothes and windows do not open (due to sandstorms). This problem can be solved by giving clothes to dry (for free). Food: breakfasts are a monotonous buffet, dinner is sea, national and European food. There are highchairs for children. I especially liked the duck in sauce - soft meat in a spicy sauce - even children who ate little meat asked for more. We didn’t see animation in the hotel, but Anil constantly played with the children - the children even decided to take a picture with him as a keepsake. About excursions - at the airport we were met by the Al halidia tur company (sorry if I wrote incorrectly) at the exit from the airport terminal and escorted to a comfortable bus. Our hotel was the first on the route and after 15 minutes we were there. The next day we met with Nargiza, a representative of the company at the hotel. She recommended excursions to us from which we chose modern Dubai and were very pleased, especially with the guide Yana. The hotel corresponds to 4+.
