I stayed at this hotel with my girlfriend at the end of June. We were met at the airport and after 10 minutes were put on the bus and taken to the hotel. They were already waiting for us at the hotel, the porter neatly folded the suitcases and took them to the hall, then everyone was given the keys to the rooms - the guide of the local travel agency Olesya was late until our arrival (it was about 8 pm), explained to each individually what and why they gave and gave the bus schedule to Sharjah and Dubai and said that if you have any questions - we can contact her - a very sweet and pleasant woman. Suitcases were taken to each room and showed how everything works, and it turned out that they even have windows that open a little (the agency told us that they didn’t). The view from our room was to the courtyard, to the pool - everything is very beautiful there. We asked for a kettle - they brought it in 10 minutes, then they asked for an adapter - they gave it right away, but it started to sparkle and it turned out that you can do without it - you take an ordinary ballpoint pen, insert it into the upper hole, and then the plug into the socket - and everything works! Rooms are cleaned very well every day. The room has a safe - use is free, there is also a TV (1 Russian RTR channel) and a small refrigerator. The entire staff is very friendly, at the first request they help. We were asked every day in the morning and in the evening how are you and is everything okay? We took only breakfasts - we ate ourselves over the roof - the cooks always make sure that there is food and report if it ends. So even if you come at 9.45 - you will not stay hungry! To the beach of the Lu-Lu hotel, about 6 minutes of leisurely walk - turn left and immediately after the first municipal beach, turn to the hotel, through it the entrance to the beach, the main thing is not to slip - we passed by for the first time. . . At the Lu-Lu hotel, they also swam in the pool - no one said anything, but the pool in the Premiere, although smaller, is more beautiful and newer. There is a shower at the exit from the beach. In June, the weather is hot - during the day it reached +46 in the sun, but we quickly got used to the heat. True, the sun is very active, so we went to the beach from 6 to 8.45 am and after 5 pm. The hotel also gave a guide to Sharjah, there is a map - so you can go for a walk yourself. Olesya was very helpful in all matters. In general, everything was great!! ! Vacation was a success! The hotel and staff deserve the highest praise!
