The hotel itself is not bad, but we did not like the service in principle. Very unfriendly front desk staff! The rooms are clean and large, we had to pay extra for an extra bed for a child, for a week of stay there it turned out 1000 rubles per day per bed... not a very pleasant fact to be honest. They settled us in the room late in the evening, after the plane I wanted to go into the shower and we were not given any towels at all! Even the face and hands had nothing to wipe! After the call, they brought ONE bath towel for three... again, an unpleasant moment! The bath room itself was old....the shelf was broken at all, there was no dryer, things dried for a very long time, the sun did not fall on the balcony ((((There are no complaints about food, the only island, especially when traveling with a child, the choice decreased greatly.
