Зима Лето - это РАЗВОДИЛОВО!!!,отсутствие профессионализма, хамское отношение к клиенту со стороны руководителя Сергея Эдуардовича, безразличие к клиенту со стороны Светланы, провоз левых( друзей-приятелей)в составе группы за наш счет. Особенно люди НЕ ПОПАДИТЕСЬ НА ПРИЗОВЫЕ (разыгрываемые)ПУТЕВКИ. Данный бесплатный приз стоил мне: 1400 гр.на оформление ДВАЖДЫ документов, дважды покупку и сдачу ж.д. билетов ( июнь, июль направление Симферополь-Киев и обратно сами понимаете, что это такое) дважды решение вопроса с начальством о переносе сроков отпуска,кроме этого испорченный отпуск и моральное состояние.
ДВАЖДЫ потому, что первый раз мне сообщили о переносе поездки в Чехию с 14 июня на 18 июля в связи с тем, что автобус сломался. Второй раз, т.е.18 июля - группа не набралась. Предложили поехать в Черногорию, но нужно сделать опять новые документы.
