"Accord Tour Company expresses its respect and respect to you.
With this letter we inform you that, unfortunately, the ski weekend in Zakopane tour booked by you! 14.12 WILL NOT take place, due to the insufficient number of applicants for this date ....."
How is the lack of applicants for this date, if my friends could not buy a tour, since all the places are taken?
You can’t pick up the money right away, you can take another tour with an extra charge, it’s easier but more expensive or reschedule for another month. Railway tickets are bought, vacation at work is issued. Now I have a ruined vacation!
Ok .... we rescheduled the tour for 01/18/2018, and again took a vacation, bought railway tickets ... and what do you think ???? I get again a message that the tour will not take place .... Lack of people wishing to ... 2 times the tour was canceled!
I wrote a review on Instagram in their profile, after 15 minutes they deleted it and banned it, they leave only positive comments, thereby instilling in customers that everything is just fine with them!
People stay away from these charlatans!

PEOPLE, when will you be wiser? so much negativity has been written about the chord and you are there too. Do not be fooled by their discounts and low prices, it turns out more expensive.
ЛЮДИ, когда вы уже поумнеете? об аккорде написано столько негатива и вы туда же. не ведитесь на ихние скидки и низкие цены-дороже получается.
I think people are just being led by positive reviews on the official website of this rotten desk. Very sorry for your bad experience with Zakopane. I advise you to go on your own, believe me, you will not overpay at all, fly by visair to one of the cities in Poland, and from there take the PolskiBus to Zakopane. Personally, we plan to do so in February. By the way, I was also banned both on Accord’s FB page and on Instagram, just because I wrote why in one of Accord’s Ukrainian tours they should impose on tourists a dump called Velyatino, if there are normal thermal baths in Ukraine, apparently Accord with them an agreement on the division of the dough.
Думаю, люди просто ведутся на положительные отзывы на официальном сайте этой гнилой конторки. Очень жаль Вас с Вашим неудачным опытом с Закопане. Советую ехать самостоятельно, поверьте, вы не переплатите вообще, долететь визэйром до одного из городов Польши, а оттуда на ПолскиБус до Закопане доехать. Лично мы так и планируем сделать в феврале. Меня, кстати, тоже забанили и на странице Аккорда на ФБ, и в инстаграмме, только потому, что я написала, зачем в одном из украинских туров Аккорда навязывать туристам помойку под названием Велятино, если есть нормальные термалы в Украине, видимо, у Аккорда с ними договор по разделу бабла.
