Travel agency review Аккорд-тур Туроператор (Lviv)

Accord-tour removes all negative reviews from the site

On July 16, having learned about the next cancellation of my trip to Montenegro on the tour of Luchika Montenegro, I wrote about this on this site. I decided to leave my review on the Accord website, so that other tourists would know what risks they were taking by contacting this company, but my review was blocked, explaining that it did not comply with the rules for posting reviews.

Well, what is it called, honest reviews of all tourists? The company does not have the conscience to allow its own tourists to comment on the level of their work. How can you trust such a company after all this? It would be better if they were responsible for their promises and monitored their implementation, and not deleted honest, albeit negative reviews.

Here is my review, which was never posted on the Accord Tour website: "I sincerely believed that the angry reviews about your company were exaggerated and were written by picky and eternally dissatisfied tourists, but they turned out to be right. I calmly reacted to the cancellation of the trip on July 19 and on the alternatives you suggested, but when you again informed me that the trip would not take place on August 5, my patience snapped. Thank you for ruining the vacation and wasting time and money."

We booked a tour through a travel agency 1.5 months before the date of the trip. Having contacted the tour operator ("Accord-tour"), our travel agent said that the trip would take place. The minimum number of applicants has already been recruited. We started the decoration and ended up on a well-organized tour.
Haven't you been warned about the possibility of canceling the trip if there are not enough people for the tourist group? For the organization of tourist trips, both a minimum and a maximum number of tourists are set. Therefore, if there are not enough people, the trips are canceled by the tour operator, because it is not a GROUP trip.
And the point is not at all the tour operator's respect for himself or his clients, but for the rules and regulations for organizing group trips.
Do not take the cancellation of the trip as a sign of disrespect. You are not affected as a person. It so happened that your desire was not realized only because of the accepted norms and rules.

Fully agree with zhas5. I have had cancellations twice already, and the tour program has changed radically twice - a total of 4 jambs.
The problem is not that the tourist chooses some incredibly exotic tour that no one else will "bite" on - the problem is that the Accord itself offers tours and dates, and the tourist proceeds from the offer.
Technically, everything is clean, but on a human level, everyone understands that this is the most natural fraud: Accord "throws up" a bunch, just a mountain (!!!) of offers and dates (knowing that most of them will not take place) in order to cover the maximum number of clients. After the purchase and payment, the tourist (and with him the ordinary TA) becomes a hostage of the situation - now I'm not going where I want, but I'm going where the Accord will send me. Even if there are alternatives, it is extremely difficult to choose at least something more or less worthy, because they usually report 2-3 weeks in advance, and train tickets have already been bought, a vacation application has been signed, documents have been collected, etc.
However, this issue has already been discussed here on the forum.

07/21/2013 I bought the tour "I times ... and three ... there Rome - divi" on 08/17/2013, which included such cities as: Krakow - Nuremberg - Rome - Vienna. Today, 08/13/2013, 4 days before departure, I received a tourist memo in which it turned out that I was being sent on a completely different tour. It turned out that the tour operator changed the tour and did not inform. Having shortened the stay in Rimi, Venice was added to the tour, and Vienna was replaced by Wroclaw. When choosing a tour, it was clearly indicated that I didn’t want to go to Venice, I didn’t like it and didn’t intend to go there anymore, and even if I wanted to, then, accordingly, I chose a tour where she was included. Wroclaw ....... Since I have a Pole's card in Poland in many places, and the tour was chosen through Poland, only because of the visa that I already had open and two Polish cities were not included in my plans.

Question!!!!!!!!!! WHO ASKED YOU TO MAKE CHANGES TO THE TOUR AND MAKE IT WORSE?????????????????????

THERE IS NO LIMIT TO THE OUTRAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

inga_fly, is this your first time with Accord? If yes, then a lot of interesting things await you)) Although there is little funny, of course ...

This has happened to us before, and this is the second time. For the first time we were going on a short tour to the Czech Republic, where we spent 3 days in Prague (for the sake of them we went) and a Czech visa. 3 weeks before the start, Accord radically (!!!) changes the program: not only did they add Bratislava, which is not interesting to anyone (thus leaving half a day for Prague!), They also changed the visa (to Slovak !!!). It's good that our TA at its own expense redid all the documents that by that time had already been collected and sent to Accord.

Don't worry too much, you still need to relax! See you on tour :)

Any operator can cancel a tour - and Accord is no exception. It is not the operator that should be blamed for this, but our government, which has brought people to poverty. That is why there have been fewer tourists lately. When preparing for a vacation, you need to have at least five travel options - just in case. And the following can really ruin a vacation: an unqualified escort from the operator, a stupid guide, a faulty bus, delays at the border, a hotel room where Russian-speaking tourists have already visited ... A replacement tour will always be offered. Only Accord does not do this, but a travel agency in your city. And if you were not informed, the reason is the boorish attitude towards the tourist on the part of his agent, and not at all the carrier. I was informed about the cancellation of not only the tour for which I had already paid, but also other options. I had to search again. And I found. And if I'm dissatisfied with something, it's only because one of the two days in Munich turned out to be rainy.
