We bought the tour back in the summer - it seems "early booking" - is it true? .When the tour was canceled - due to the fault of the travel agency (they offered tours instead that did not suit us) - the problem was solved, it seems, just return the money - and we all forgot about you, like a bad dream. But no, because we live in Ukraine, we have there can’t be simple solutions (the mess begins with the travel agency Datur (Zhytomyr) through which the ticket was issued, sends a request for a refund - everything seems to be normal, but no - after 3 weeks from the Accord there are "problems" - bank details do not match, etc. etc. I work in commerce myself - I understand that this is a banal "toffee" - in general, it’s profitable for them to “ruin” money since the summer (you can even put a couple of percent on a deposit, you can “cut down”). The Accord company is even shorter
then - "crook". The problem was still at the exchange rate, in the euro-summer one-autumn it was different. In general, Datur helped us out (they compensated us for the exchange rate difference for their money, thanks to them!). I do not recommend contacting the Accord. - Don't risk it. It's better to go by yourself.
For me, in general, everything I read lately is a shock! I went with the Accord a few years ago, and there was no such horror. I understand that now I will not risk traveling with them. Hey Accord, what happened???

For bus and railway shares, such a period is quite enough. For air low-cost flights, it depends on the situation, but there are definitely inexpensive tickets somewhere. Hotels - the same, if you do not take the wildest season like August or New Year. I went to Greece at the end of October and checked it out up to +28 and the warm sea in the "winter" time, and on the way back I caught snow near Rakhiv. (Yes, you can go to / from Greece via Rakhiv - ask me how :)) It cost 70 euros for three nights in Athens, a separate mini-apartment in a good area. Passing through Sofia, I remembered "acquaintance" with this city with a chord, lasting about 1.5 hours with running around the supermarket without local currency.
Now I walked properly and slowly :) except that I didn’t climb the mountain, because it’s not the season and the cable car is there only on weekends. And in general, in the off-season, it’s great to ride and inexpensive.
Аккорд зажрался и деградировал, это понятно. Но вот как еще находятся желающие ехать с этой уродской конторой?
Я вообще ничего еще не бронировал ранее чем за две недели. Шоб ото покупать тур еще летом ради какой-то десятки евро экономии и потом его вообще отменили нафиг...
Для автобусных и ж-д акций такого срока вполне достаточно. Для авиалоукостов зависит от ситуации, но куда-то так точно есть недорогие билеты. Отели — аналогично, если не брать самый дикий сезон типа августа или НГ. Я вот съездил в Грецию под конец октября и заценил там до +28 и теплое море в "зимнее" время, а по дороге назад поймал снег под Раховом. (Да, в/из Греции можно ехать через Рахов — спроси меня как:)) Стоило это 70 евро за три ночи в Афинах отдельная мини-квартирка в хорошем районе. Проезжая через Софию, вспомнил "знакомство" с этим городом с подачи аккорда, длительностью около 1,5 часа с беготней по супермаркету без местной валюты. Теперь-то погулял как следует и не спеша:) разве что на гору не поднимался, ибо не сезон и канатка там только по выходным. А так вообще в межсезонье отлично ездить и недорого.
