'Italian espresso' do not drink with Dirych

This is not the first time we have encountered Accord Tour, we have always been satisfied with the level of service and staff. Special thanks to the company for their help in solving some personal problems... We went on tour from 23 to 30.09 with the whole family: my husband, me and my daughter. The bus is good and the drivers are friendly. The hotels corresponded to the declared European 3 stars (although the latter was 2 *, but the breakfast turned out to be the most varied, for which it was probably "increased"). The tour guides who did the sightseeing tours were wonderful! Thanks to the guide in Kosice, we suddenly just fell in love with this cute town) Irina in Florence is just a smart girl! Alexander in Vienna is a young lady, in addition to a pleasant acquaintance with imperial Vienna, he did another great thing: he made our accompanying Lenochka smile and fuss (And how did he do it?). In general, everything that depended on the company was organized, but what depended directly on the escort - Elena Dirych, was, to put it mildly, not up to par.

A few tips for those who are going on tour:

1. Super comfortable shoes!

2. Look at the weather according to your route - and take a minimum of things (considering that after night crossings you will change clothes on the bus).

3. Take a thermos with you (with a water supply system adequate for bus conditions) :)! Boiling water can be requested at the hotel. By the way, none of the hotels had a kettle in the rooms. And boiling water is not only tea / coffee, it is also oatmeal, mashed potatoes ... :)

4. Canned food. Yes Yes exactly. There will be moments when you will not have time to search for something to eat... By the way, about the item of the tour program "Breakfast. Paid extra according to the menu". Sounds like a nice cozy cafe, doesn't it? :) And in practice - these were gas stations, where at best - a hot dog and coffee. The only time, however, we ate "cool": at McDonald's)))

5. To cameras, cameras, etc. it is preferable to have batteries. The beauties of Europe captivate so that the charge ends very quickly)))

6. Specify whether Elena Dirych will be your escort. It is desirable to avoid this, because "Accord-Tour" has many worthy group leaders.
