Dear tourists, I want to warn, ask, I beg! DO NOT BUY TOURS IN ACCORD-tour - this is not just a review - this is a cry from the heart! I'll tell you in order! We with girls and friends 26 people bought the tour "Hungarian Csardas" and Accord for 17. 0-19. 08! We bought on the same day to be on the same bus. Documents came to everyone with seats on one route 966! When we arrived at terminal A, we were seated silently without consent! 14 people on the bus on route 966, 12 on route 101 - this is a different bus (not for places of people according to documents) to the rear seats! The guide didn't even want to say why! It was route 101 that was fatal - the driver failed and flew into a ditch in Poland! My 12 acquaintances, friends! When one of the girls called back and said "WE had an accident, I'm alive, but I don't see everyone, there are victims" - everything turned cold inside me! I stopped our bus - I told the guide and drivers and asked to return the tour, but the guide said - the police and the ambulance will figure it out - we have a route! The girls were taken to a hospital in Poland, they didn’t find one (((((As it turned out - she died (((((((((((Accord is silent - like the carrier is guilty of everything, they have nothing to do with it! The carrier, as he also said at the border - did not know the route and did not see a sharp turn (everything is in tsn for 18. -19. 08), the insurance company "Providna" is avoiding payments to the victims! Now some of them have returned home, one girl has had an operation, 3 are waiting for an operation! We collect money on our own and have involved lawyers in resolving issues with the insurance! I don't know how it will end! We will file a lawsuit to revoke a license, but in our bureaucratic country it is very difficult! We all need to refuse ACCORD services! For guides, the state of the bus, I am silent. I just thank God that I'm alive!!!

"Dangerous roads." I will not repeat. Then, upon arrival in Prague, I began to find out from the guide and drivers, which route we will go back, not on the same mountain serpentine? The guide confirmed my place. The drivers said: -We do not decide. Ask Accord - which route we will be told to go, that's how we will go. Then I sent a message to the Accord Tour with the requirements to follow the route specified in the info sheet (on the highway through Brno) on the way from Prague. But unfortunately ... I still have the answers of the Accord tour. I quote verbatim: "We do not drive on those roads where it is dangerous, tourists should not worry. Let them enjoy Prague and do not worry. Sincerely, Alla Omelyanskaya." And another answer from the law department of the Accord Tour: "Good afternoon!
The bus follows a route that meets all the standards. Both regular and tourist buses travel through it. If tourists want to write a complaint, it is their right to answer all their questions. "
So the road was the same, only in the dark - a narrow mountain steep serpentine, loaded with trucks. Thank God and thank you for the skill of the drivers, that we safely passed this mountain route on the free road that passes next to the toll highway! As she was sitting in front, she heard one of the drivers on his way out of Prague ask and ask the girl-guide which way to go. Therefore, the statement of the Accord Tour that only the carrier is to blame for the accident and death of people in Poland, is worthless. We did not see any bus, except ours, on this mountain road - I paid special attention to it. When people die, you can not be silent - you need maximum publicity and coverage of the situation!
And I also wonder if the managers of the Accord Tour, who send buses to the serpentines of death, sleep well? Do only their conscience and soul sleep?
Співчую родичам загиблих, співчуваю всім фізично і морально потерпілим від цієї аварії... Мій коментар щодо перекладання Акорд-туром провини на перевізника. !Небезпечні дороги». Повторюватися не буду. Далі, по приїзді до Праги, я стала з'ясовувати у гіда та водіїв, за яким маршрутом ми повертатимемося назад, чи не по тому самому гірському серпантину? Гід моє місце підтвердила. Водії сказали: -Ми не вирішуємо. Запитуйте у Акорда - яким маршрутом нам скажуть їхати, таким і поїдемо. Після чого я відправляла повідомлення в Акорд-тур з вимогами дотримуватися зазначеного в інфолісті маршруту (по автобану через Брно) при дорозі з Праги. Але на жаль... Відповіді Акорд-туру у мене збереглися. Наводжу дослівно: "Ми не їздимо тими дорогами, де небезпечно, туристам не варто хвилюватися. Нехай насолоджуються Прагою і не турбуються. З повагою, Алла Омелянська". І ще одна відповідь від юротділу Акорд-тура: "Добрий день!автобус їде за маршрутом, який відповідає всім нормам.Через нього їздити як рейсові автобуси, так і туристичні.Якщо туристи мають бажання писати скаргу, - це їх право нададуть відповідь на всі їх питання".
Так що дорога була все та ж, тільки ще й у темряві - вузький гірський стрімчастий серпантин, під зав'язку завантажений фурами. Слава Богу і дякую майстерності водіїв, що ми благополучно проїхали цей гірський маршрут безкоштовною дорогою, що проходить поруч із платним автобаном! Оскільки сиділа попереду, чула, як один із водіїв при виїзді з Праги питав і уточнював у дівчини-гіда, якою дорогою їхати. Тому твердження Акорд-туру про те, що в аварії і загибелі людей, що сталася в Польщі, винен лише перевізник, нічого не варті. Жодного автобуса, крім нашого, ми на цій гірській дорозі не бачили – я на це особливо звернула увагу. Коли гинуть люди, мовчати не можна - необхідне максимальне розголос і висвітлення ситуації! І ще мені цікаво, чи добре сплять менеджери Акорд-туру, які відправляють автобуси на серпантини смерті? Чи сплять тільки їхнє сумління і душа?
