I appeal to everyone on behalf of the travel agency where I work, NEVER contact the Accord-tour operator if you do not want to spoil your reputation as an agency, and ruin a long-awaited vacation, vacation or holiday for tourists !!!
Clients bought from us for the New Year tour "Italy - a country of inspiration!". The price is not budgetary, the tour according to the program is not bad, they hoped that at least with Italy there would be no jambs with the Accord. But how wrong I was!
Immediately upon arrival, my tourist calls me and expresses a bunch of complaints, but thank God not in our direction as an agency, but in the direction of the Accord (usually the travel agent is the first to blame).
1. Szechenyi Baths in Hungary. According to the tour program, tourists acquire
a subscription for 3 hours of swimming on your own and spend the same time in the baths. But the Accord is not like that! yes, the tourists bought the subscription themselves and swam for an hour and a half, because the guide almost drove everyone out of the baths, due to the fact that he allegedly did not have time.
About the guide separately, who annoyed the whole bus, bent his tour program, boor and just not a professional (somehow they came across him).
2. Italy. Only the guide Pavel could spoil the impression of such a beautiful country.
- Florence. The guide refused to allow tourists to visit the Uffizi Gallery, the biggest attraction in Florence. No one understood the meaning of visiting Florence.
- Rome. Optional tour for 68 euros per person. Review of Pavel
consisted of inspecting two fountains, and then at night. The Colosseum, which is included in the program, was not shown, not a single museum, not a single square. About the Vatican, which the whole group wanted to visit. The Vatican for tourists remained just a desire.
The whole group that went to Rome about simply ripping off money was indignant, to which Paul replied that he did not have time to show it all, and the Vatican should not have existed at all.
And the fact that this is in the program is the fault of the travel agencies that sold the wrong program to tourists.
- Venice. Optional excursion. My tourists in Venice for extra. they wanted to ride a gondola for a fee of 38 euros per person .. The guide collected money on the bus. By the time we reached the canals, it began to rain and the tourists asked to refuse this ride because of the rain. With all this, Pavel had not yet paid for the ride, but the tourists were categorically refused in refund.
Separately about food during the tour. Breakfast in hotels is certainly fine, but eating once a day is not enough. The guide stops people near eateries, where there are already 4 sightseeing buses and gives half an hour for a toilet and food. Again, the tourists were outraged, to which Pavel replied that there was no time for food in the tour program!
This is the story I heard. And this is not the first time. It's a shame for the tourists who ruined the New Year holidays.
And for ourselves, too, that because of the Accord we are losing customers.
Chord doesn't give a damn about tourists and agents. At first, my claims to our curator, and then the raids, they answered me: “We don’t know anything, it’s a good guide.
This was the last booking with Accord. So, dear agents and tourists, be very careful when choosing an operator. It is better to overpay 20-40 euros and you will have a restful rest with operators proven for decades.

Як я вас розумію. У нас була схожа ситуація. На зупинці в сонячному березі ми чекали всього сім годин. Частину людей з зупинки фірма перевізник забрала автобусом десь біля пятої вечора (з готелю нас забрали в 10.15) а 29 вони просто забули включити в списки по дорозі назад. І ще через дві години приїхав автобус іншої фірми "Дріта", яка і довезла нас в Україну. Сівши в цей автобус ми отримали повну інформацію про ситуацію і щасливо доїхали додому.
А пригоди у нас були з першого дня приїзду, оскільки гостинниця в якій ми зупинялись і заплатили за відпочинок ще в серпні була не проплачена ВЗАГАЛІ. Тобто до проблем з переїздом про які я ладна була забути на прекрасному пляжі Созополя, добавились проблеми з оплатою і незнання де ми ночуємо наступного дня. Наш день починався з того що ми телефонували в офіс приймаючої фірми і питали є гроші чи звільняти номер.
Величезне ДЯКУЮ болгарам які над нами змилувались і дозволили жити в готелі а фінансові питання вирішували самі з "Ільтур". Правда за одну ніч ми все таки заплатили

Полностью согласен с описанной ситуацией, вместо оплаченных дополнительно мест на 2м этаже, мы получили места без откидных кресел на 1м этаже. В итоге за 24 часа поездки мой сон составил 40 минут. Узнав о трагедии, которая произошла в Румынии, через 2е суток после приезда (разбился автобус, который вез нас в Болгарию) больше в Болгарию Ильтуром - НИНИ!

Странно мне, что из неведомых глубин интернета всплывают порой индивиды типа djuraspd, который не только НЕ ЖЕЛАЕТ ВЕРИТЬ в реальность многожды описанного десятками людей ильтуровского беспредела, но даже считает наши с вами мнения заказухой конкурентов :) И вааще - товарисчу, оказывается, "ПРОТИВНО ЧИТАТЬ" о наших злоключениях и неприятностях... Типа - в кайф нам позлословить почём зря, грязью кого-то по приколу полить от нефиг делать, времени-то девать некуда, а заняться нечем более... Удивляюсь я, однако, многообразию видов жизни на нашей планете :)

Наши туристы вчера не могли заселиться в турецкий отель от туроператора Илтур. Оказалось что отель не проплачен. На сайте Илтура никто не поднимал трубку. Потом выяснилось, что кроме наших там ещё 150 человек неоплаченных Илтуром. Некоторые туристы устроили драку с гидом Илтура когда узнали что будут ночевать на улице, их забрала местная полиция

Также подтверждаю что у Илтура много косяков по Болгарии. Самый проблемный туроператор по Болгарии. Стараемся отправлять туристов через них в крайних случаях. Знаем что год назад у них перевернулся автобус с туристами.
