The second time we took a bus tour from this company. It was called: "Weekend in Europe. 19. 09-22. 09. This year I persuaded my husband to go with us (he is 196 cm tall, does not like buses very much), so I was very worried that there was a normal bus. And in the end - in our tour had 6 buses. It's just some kind of Kapets. I have never seen such an attitude towards tourists. Imagine - leaving terminal A, crossing the border and changing the bus. We arrive in Krakow and they tell us, pick up all things after the excursions there will be a new one. We grab all the suitcases and drag them to the nearest hostel. Then a walk around Krakow (by the way it was pretty cool in the evening), meeting with the group, no bus!!! bus. Everyone was pretty cold, so they went to bed without much disturbance. Czech Republic. Morning. 5.50-everyone is sleeping. 6.00-our escort voices-wake up we arrived at the hotel where you must leave all your things and return to the bus in order to go on a tour. You have 30 minutes for everything. There are 36 of us in the group. In general, we somehow brought ourselves to a more or less normal look in an hour and rushed to the survey. All the way, our escort told us that we were still lucky, they say, other tourists generally clean up in the toilets of supermarkets (and this kind of conversation was constantly. From Poland to Lviv) Okay, then. We ran around Prague like the wounded, but managed to make 3 excursions. Again there was a new bus, and on it we went first for things, and then to a hotel in Vienna. The hotel was so-so (for 3 at a stretch). In the morning, the bus did not come to take us to the center, and we went by metro ourselves (by the way, we left the rooms and left our things at the reception). Accord paid for the metro (2.4 euros per person). Vienna is gorgeous, we walked with our family ourselves, the weather was great, our mood improved. A new bus arrived - Merc, cool of course, and someone joked, they say the next type of Ikarus will be ?! We went to the hotel, picked up our things and our Merc took us to Budapest. On the embankment opposite our disembarkation with things (to be honest, we were all so stressed by these suitcases and bags, everyone is like fools with them, constantly panic, so as not to forget anything anywhere, there’s nothing special to decompose on the bus, in short, I’m really tired of running with things), in general in front of us was waiting for our final bus, which should take us to Lviv. And what do you think, what it was - we just all precipitated!!!!! Ikarus Probably would be cooler. It was an old Neoplan with 37 seats. Remember - we are a group of 36 people. The 37 seats on the bus include three rear seats that do not fold out (they should be empty at all), guide seats, and driver seats, in which they must rest while changing each other. As a result, the shift driver was sitting on the floor, the guide was in an additional place, which is near the doors, and we were shoved around the cabin. So that you understand, the rows stood close to each other, the backs of the seats 80% do not fold out at all, the armrests dangle when the heating was on, everyone who was sitting at the back of the bus was simply suffocating from lack of air. Only one door near the drivers opened for exit. Not only that, after a walk around Budapest, everyone was pretty hungry or cold, on the way back they went to McDonald's, bought food, but they didn't let us on the bus, they say you can't take food or coffee!!!!!! I had to absorb everything on the street, to the cries of the escort. Like in half an hour there should be a dignity stop, and now it will be because of you. Although we all delayed the bus for only 15 minutes. Okay, let's move on. We left Budapest at about 23.00, which means we are going to voice that there will be a stop for half an hour before the border, in the end I woke up and the doors were already closed. It turns out that no one was awakened, who woke up himself, he left. Then we arrive at the Hungarian border from 4.00, there are 2 km of beads and a few buses. Nobody rides at all. So we stood until 6.00, with closed doors. Behind everyone is suffocating, in front everyone is freezing. The guide says - no one comes out suddenly let's go. Everyone is already awake. We stand for another hour. No movement. I ask if you can even go out into the street, reluctantly they let us in. Everyone is rushing to look for a toilet, and at that time work began on the border. Normally so. It was possible to send everyone to the toilets, breathe, smoke before everyone else. The guide yells - we’ll go in soon, otherwise we’ll stand for a few more hours, as a result, one bus overtook us, it’s all a tragedy, everyone is to blame, they couldn’t bear it without the street. Generally M-yes. We drove up to the checkpoint for another hour, then passed the border for another hour. We arrived at the first stop after the border at 10.00 (at 8.30 we had to be at the terminal, and at 10.30 go to the station) We took train tickets for 14.20, I thought that the supply was decent, but no !!!! We drove to Lviv for another 5 hours. The bus arrived at the station at 15.30. Is it normal???? After the border, we were not in a hurry at all, we were driving at a maximum speed of 70. Why??? The bus sneezed and groaned, it could not even accelerate normally. Summing up, I want to say that there is nowhere else with the Accord. Negligent and bestial attitude. No conditions. And the stupid explanations of the escort. By the way, my husband said that in his life he would never go on any bus tours again. Generally something like that.
