I wanted to write about the "Accord-tour" immediately upon arrival (flight from Lviv on 04/30/2010), but I did not want to talk about sad things. Why am I writing now (this is probably a "cry from the heart") - I'm going to ride around "old Europe" again and most likely again with "Accord".

No, don’t think that the telco didn’t fulfill its obligations - in every city, in every hotel one felt care for us, everything was thought out to every detail (up to a bribe or a “gift” at the reception for an accelerated settlement, and a greeting card to me in anniversary day). And the route is classic and very interesting.

It's all about the escort from t / f, or, as it seems to me, the word "guide" is more suitable for our escort. Upon returning to Ukraine, we were given to fill out questionnaires on the bus, reviews, and no one hid what was written about our guide, more than 80% of the reviews are negative. But there was no response from t/f. That's what's disturbing! The only thing is that in the description of the tours, t / f some time later placed extended information about the limitation of the duties of the accompanying group. Yes, our group did not demand anything supernatural from her. Responsibly I say such a guide - a spoiled vacation.

Our guide introduced herself to us as Natalya Jack, but knowledgeable tourists from our group told her directly that she had already begun to invent pseudonyms, and her real name was Kolomoichenko (or consonant with this, I'm not sure). Only because of her unprofessionalism, we lost half a day in Budapest, after sitting in a hotel, we killed our legs on a kilometer march to the ship along the Danube in Budapest, which is regrettable, and in one direction and the other (guilty, but did not want to correct her mistake and the bus did not order to go to the pier). In Prague, she could not organize the work of the group, it was extremely difficult for her to simply appoint a meeting place for the group. I could not really explain which bus route you can take to the hotel, etc. Czech guides, realizing its failure, took power into their own hands. Okay, I admit that she is young and inexperienced, so she took comments, advice, tips, desires to help with hostility. We got to a “revolutionary situation” during a long journey through Poland, so much so that the situation began to get out of control.

And only after this deep indignation of the whole group, the “crew” began to stop every 2.5 hours for sanitary issues, finally earned a DVD in the bus, earned a “samovar” and everyone treated themselves to tea, our guide finally opened his mouth and uttered at least some information “about the temperature overboard, etc.” into the microphone. You can talk for a long time, but why ...

Maybe the workers of "Akkord" will pay attention to my review - yes, you are professionals, but do not allow your work to be reduced to "no" by such "unfortunate guides".

And another request, pay close attention to the buses of advanced retirement age, extremely unsuitable for long journeys, by the standards of our time.
