And now more about how the Accord deceives.
I approached the choice of the tour very carefully, before that I went with the tour operator Tatur to the Czech Republic and flew through the Tez tour to Greece. But this time we decided to go to France and Holland. We chose the tour "Dreaming about him. Amsterdam! Brussels! Paris!" for 8 days, departure on May 3, 2012 from Lviv, paid for the tour on March 7. And today, April 28 at 13:00, that is, 4 days before departure and before the weekend, we were informed that our tour was canceled, citing the fact that a group of 30 people "withdrew" from the tour. In return, we were offered not the best tour of Italy on May 3, and a tour for 6 days with 2 night transfers to Paris. but bypassing the coveted Amsterdam. Knowing that Schengen visas are issued for 2 weeks, we asked the tour operator to rebook us for a 10-day tour with our surcharge, to which Accord replied that the visa would be for exactly 8 days, so we have no choice but to go on the tour they imposed or take the money and don't go anywhere at all.
Departure May 5, tour "Tempting Paris", vacation ruined, mood disgusting. I perfectly understand that we were simply deceived, because it is impossible to believe that 30 people (allegedly from our group) refused the tour 4 days before departure, despite the fact that if they refuse within such a period, no one will return the money for the tour. Accord tour simply did not tell us until the last moment that there would be no tour, so that we would not have time to rebook with another tour operator and had to go to the tour of their choice.
Accord is just like a pig treats his clients and his work. No one will return the spent nerves to us, and the spoiled vacation, but if you are only going to buy a tour from the Accord Tour, I strongly advise you to contact another tour operator, because. in the Accord-tour you will find a complete mess and disregard.

We went to the city and bought 4 excursions from a local travel agency, if the guide is not interested in offering something, then the price is worthless. Even if I do not speak Thai, but all the excursions are in photographs. They give you a catalog and choose what you like. Because of the jellyfish, don’t get too upset, we didn’t have them, but there is no water in the sea until lunchtime, and when the tide really swims unpleasantly, the water is warm like urine, it doesn’t even refresh - the pool saved. Only when we were supposed to be taken from Koh Chang to Bangkok (we got into the 2010 war) were we taken back to Potaya. And they left me to the mercy of fate, that's when I got carried away. I found Ilvestur's office on the map and came to visit them. I didn’t swear, I just explained to the director hu from hu. For the rest of the stay for two days, they gave 4 free excursions, that is, full employment. I don’t understand, the company as a whole is not bad, but it’s not lucky with the staff, well, what’s the point of contacting non-professionals for our own money.
Кристина,я подписываюсь под каждым Вашим словом.Те же проблемы.Пакет покупали в Киеве.Отельный гид явился через день,когда мы уже сами успешно сьездили в океанариум,увидев что ему от нас ничего не перепадёт,так как экскурсии проплаченны по-денно,больше мы его не видели.Ко Чанг-не помню имени -явился,сказал в случае проблем,звонить ему,много чести,без тебя бестолочь обошлись.Пошли в город и купили 4 экскурсии у месной турфирмы,если гид не заинтересован что-либо предложить,так грош цена такому.Пусть я не владею тайским,но все экскурсии в фотографиях.Дают каталог,а там выбирай,что нравится.Из-за медуз не сильно растраивайтесь,у нас их не было,но в море отлив и до обеда воды нет,а когда прилив реально купатся неприятно вода как моча тёплое,даже не освежает - спасал бассеин.Только когда с Ко Чанга нас должны были везти в Бангкок(мы попали в войну 2010) нас отвезли назад в Потайю.И бросили на произвол судьбы,вот тогда-то меня понесло.Я по карте нашла офис Илвестура и пришла к ним в гости.Ругаться не ругалась,просто объяснила директору ху из ху.На остальное время прибывания аж два дня,дали 4 бесплатные экскурсии,то есть полная занятость.Я не понимаю,фирма в целом неплохая,но вот с персоналом не везёт-ну,а какой нам смысл связыватся с непрофессионалами за свои же деньги.
