I traveled with the Accord-tour for the fourth time, the last trip was "Polka of Saxony", the departure was on May 28, 2012, the program is very rich and interesting, we got a lot of pleasure for a low price! The only disappointment of the trip was our team leader - Alexandra Polozova. I have never met such unprofessionalism, the person absolutely does not have information on the tour, he does not know how to speak LITERALLY in an elementary way. A good guide is half the success of the trip!!! I advise the management of the Accord Tour to be more careful in the selection of personnel for such a position as ACCOMPANYING tourist trips. Otherwise, customers will leave you!
Путешествовала с Аккорд-туром уже в четвёртый раз, последняя поездка была "Полька Саксонии", выезд был 28мая 2012 года, программа очень насыщенная и интересная, за невысокую стоимость получили много удовольствия! Единственным разочарованием поездки стала наша руководитель группы - Александра Полозова. Такого непрофессионализма я ещё не встречала, человек абсолютно не владеет информацией по туру, не умеет элементарно ГРАМОТНО разговаривать. Хороший сопровождающий это половина успеха поездки!!! Руководству Аккорд тура советую более тщательно подходить к подбору персонала на такую должность как СОПРОВОЖДАЮЩИЙ туристических поездок.В противном случае от Вас будут уходить клиенты!

Regarding professional qualities - a complete zero: she could not intelligibly answer a single question, she told about electives what was written in the program, so no one was recruited for the excursion. Initially, I did not find understanding with the group. It’s good that among us there were mobile and intelligent people, so Ephesus, Millipark, a picnic on a yacht were organized without her participation. By the way, 10 = 20 people went on these excursions! "ACCORD", YOU REALLY LOST MONEY! I would not like to hang labels, but nevertheless I will express my opinion and the opinion, I hope, of the majority: POLOZOVA is a random person in the profession: inert, limited, stupid, with a minimum vocabulary, unprofessional, lazy, arrogant, sometimes impudent and boorish. "ACCORD" frankly criticize you like POLOZOVA ALEXANDRA, and nullify the work of managers preparing quite interesting tours. "CHORD"! Are you not afraid that for many of your clients this will be the last and final chord?
Возвратилась из тура "Тайны Ближнего Востока",№ рейса 686,с 6.10 по 21.10.2012. Тур замечательный: интересный, познавательный, оригинальный; отели приличные, особенно "Coastlight";группа-супер! Все было хорошо,кроме сопровождения в лице ПОЛОЗОВОЙ САШИ. Как оказалось,единственное её достоинство - приятная внешность.Все время тура она жила отдельной от основной группы жизнью:круглосуточно флиртовала с семейным болгарским водителем Павлином,организовала минигруппу из двух харьковчанок таких же интересов и весело проводила время- туристический автобус использовала для поездок на ночные дискотеки, каталась по окрестностям...Создалось мнение,что она поехала в тур в роли туристки. Касательно профессиональных качеств - полнейший ноль: ни на один вопрос не могла вразумительно ответить,о факультативах рассказывала то,что написано в программе, поэтому на экскурсии не набиралось желающих. С группой изначально не нашла понимания. Хорошо,что среди нас были мобильные и толковые люди,поэтому Эфес,Миллипарк,пикник на яхте организовали без её участия. Кстати,на эти экскурсии ездили 10=20 человек! "АККОРД", ВЫ РЕАЛЬНО ПОТЕРЯЛИ ДЕНЬГИ! Не хотелось бы вешать ярлыки,но все же выскажу своё имнение и мнение, надеюсь, большинства: ПОЛОЗОВА случайный человек в профессии: инертна, ограничена, тупа, с минимальным запасом слов, непрофессиональна, ленива, гонориста, временами наглая и хамовитая. "АККОРД" вас откровенно компроментируют такие,как ПОЛОЗОВА АЛЕКСАНДРА, и сводят на нет работу менеджеров,готовящих достаточно интересные туры. "АККОРД"! НЕ боитесь,что для многих ваших клиентов это будет последний и заключительный аккорд?
