Hello dear travelers! I decided to repost my review from the Accord Tour website, as I'm not sure that it will not be deleted.

It is a pity that only after the trip I "thought" to look at the reviews about the company, otherwise my acquaintance with Europe would have been much brighter.

So, first things first.

We chose the tour "Amsterdam and Paris... lit and attracted" at the end of June. We paid for and submitted documents for a visa, the information that I received it was found out only in the morning of the last day before departure (before that, the tour was postponed a week later, since the group did not get enough). After reading the reviews, I realized that this problem is common.

Arrived at 10:00, left at 10:40.

The chairs are uncomfortable (the headrest is located near the top of the head, I don’t know which centaurs they were made for), broken handles, hangers, stretched nets, legs (this is especially felt when moving at night) there is nowhere to put it + if the tourist who is sitting in front of you lowers the chair, it practically immobilizes you, you constantly sit in a pose of "attention". Therefore, take a pillow under your head and a girlfriend-friend on whom you can throw your legs on the road :)

The drivers were great, they helped with the luggage, but why the whole journey was crawling along the highway at a speed of 70 km / h remained a mystery to me.

In the first hotel in Poland - "Palas Wiechlice" - the room was damp, but the interior and the beds are good. I didn’t like the breakfast - again, perhaps my opinion is purely subjective, since the Slavs eat hearty, and the Poles, perhaps, have enough muesli or salad. In the morning I had the opportunity to see the entire territory of the hotel - a very beautiful garden, a vineyard, I liked that the owner came out to us and briefly told the history of the estate.

The hotel in the Netherlands "Ibis Amsterdam Airport" is excellent, the breakfast is super - just enough for different tastes. But my personal wish - choose hotels in the city - I want to see Amsterdam, and not spend 2 hours waiting for transport and the road itself.

The hotel in France - "Vitry Sur Seine" - only liked the bathroom, the breakfast is rather poor, there was not enough food for everyone (which our group leader was notified of, but, as usual, did nothing), the staff was slow.

Hotel in Wroclaw - Quality Hotel Wroclaw - two rooms, soft beds, heated floor in the bathroom. Breakfast is excellent.

In general, it is difficult to judge hotels, because if the room is good, the bathroom or breakfast is bad, or the location of the hotel and vice versa.

Excursions and guides.

I liked the sightseeing tour in Berlin - we saw a lot of interesting things, and the weather contributed to this. But the tour guide Yuri must be driven into three necks: what kind of words are these for a person who introduces a tourist to the city "Hitler was that bastard ...; and these scoundrels ....; well, sick people, what can I say .. .."??? Personally, as a traveler, I am interested in the history of the city as a whole, historical buildings separately, interesting stories, but certainly not the personal opinion of the guide. Many world history knows good rulers? How many bad rulers built beautiful cities? In general, thanks to Yuri - spoiled the first impression of the city forever.

The guide who showed us Berlin at night - a bit nervous, but 100% competent woman in her profession - presented the material in an extremely interesting, voluminous way, the group really listened to her.

A sightseeing tour of Amsterdam, a trip to Volendam and the Zaanse Schanse are something insanely beautiful cities. Special thanks to the guide Irina, who described to us the history of the Netherlands, their traditions, and way of life to the smallest detail. I am amazed by her professionalism, patience and endurance.

Enjoyed the sightseeing tour of Paris. Special thanks to the guide Egor for the fascinating journey through Montmartre - it's nice to see when a person's eyes light up when talking about paintings, streets, houses.

Be sure to take a boat ride on the Seine - a completely different feeling from the city.

I liked the “jog” around the Louvre less, although I don’t see Lilith’s fault in this - I think the Louvre is always full of people, and 2 hours is very little to see all the masterpieces of art that have been collected in this museum for centuries.

Nyurberg and Bamberg - madly liked. And again, the great merit of the guide Vlada is in this - she presented the material excellently, with a sense of humor, showed where you can buy souvenirs, and where to eat deliciously, and where to try beer.

In general, the trip turned out to be very eventful, interesting, there was time to see the city with a group and take a walk. The group was diverse, but because of this, the trip went off with a bang: everyone supported each other, translated incomprehensible words, traveled around the cities in small companies, and in the end helped out with food))

Therefore, the impression of the program is, if not 100% positive, then 95% so accurate.

And now I would like to talk about the very 5% that added fly in the ointment to the overall impression of the trip - about the head of the group, Evgeny Kroshko. I apologize in advance for the profanity, but this is pi ... ts.

1 - appearance. The whole group went on a difficult route, but even the old people managed to look good. The leader of the group is the face of both the tour company and the group, and I was personally outraged by a child's bag with ribbons, a suit that did not fit, short blouses .... I'm not talking about haute couture outfits, but also looking like an adult girl who put on outfits 15 -year-old teenager - this is, at least, strange.

2 - absolutely illiterate informational support during the trip: zero oratory; Possession of information about the country through which you are traveling is zero. Well, you can either remember or write something interesting about the country or city on a piece of paper and just read it, without pauses, bleating and constant mistakes in words (either speak Russian or Ukrainian), but from "Schaub you knew", "well, what can I do", "you should be offended by me last" (and who first?) just cringes me. It was not clear where you can buy water, where to go to eat, where the group gathers, etc. Nothing specific, just bleating. If it weren't for the promptness of the band members themselves, everyone would be starving and sitting where they "put" us.

3 - no organizational skills at all, does not listen to the wishes of the group. The money for the excursion was collected immediately, without the possibility of canceling or changing your decision; was constantly offended if someone did not sign up for excursions or asked to return the change (for example, who ordered an excursion for 38 euros, there was no change for 2 euros, they returned them only on the second or third day, proving that they did borrow money, and not donated). What time we leave, we arrive, where we are going to find out literally in an hour, because of which we could not plan free time. Sanitation had to wait not 20 minutes (as Evgenia informed about this more than once), but an hour and a half. You can’t tell your bladder “be patient for another hour”, as a result, all the time was spent waiting in line for the toilet, and not for drinking coffee or something to eat. A special "thank you" for the selection of films - 40 people asked not to turn on the film "We are legends", Evgenia said "I don't play like that" and turned it on, and for an hour and a half the whole bus watched some kind of crap. Not about someone getting lost on the tour; I didn’t manage to have breakfast (because there really wasn’t food and appliances), buy groceries for the trip (because it wasn’t clearly shown where the shops were and what shops were generally affordable) Evgenia didn’t take care. If a tourist does not know the language and is in a foreign country, he should at least be able to count on the support of the group leader. I'm not talking about the fact that we need to babysit, but the purpose of Evgenia's stay on the bus and in the travel company remained incomprehensible to me personally.

Thanks for attention!
