To begin with, this is our third tour with a chord (we started with small tours to Prague, then longer and further away to Paris, and now we decided on a seaside vacation for a week). Tour of Paris is also here.
The tour was bought for 7 months and, unfortunately, we were worried all the time that it would take place, because the experience was that the tour was canceled. And I read reviews here regularly.
The head of the group, Irina Shadskaya, a wonderful woman, tried to organize our stay as comfortable as possible, from organizational issues to cinema and music. collections.
Wonderful and experienced drivers, very educated.
The bus is comfortable, plenty of space, you can charge phones in the ceiling usb entrance.
The group was only 28 people, and it was possible to sleep on two armchairs.
Now briefly about each hotel:
CITY HOTEL (Brno) - not all rooms have a hairdryer, and it is not even at the reception, while the girl at the reception looked at us with such surprise, why should she have it at all. The breakfasts are tasteless and the buffet is inconvenient, a huge queue, it is difficult to get through. (The problem is that the hotel is large, and the restaurant is not designed for so many people) Thanks to the group leader Irina, who coordinated everyone to go to eat earlier.
HOTEL KYRIAD NICE PORTE (Nice) - a great hotel, the rooms are small, but what's the difference if it's in the city center, where there are a lot of cafes and the sea is 20 minutes on foot.
Breakfast - classic European, croissants, sausage, cheese, eggs, yogurt, drinks.
HOTEL BORGHETTI (Verona) - the hotel is old, but we liked it, everything is clean, well-groomed, spacious, the breakfasts are delicious.
As for excursions, nothing was imposed on us even once in all our tours. If you are going to Krakow, and do not take an excursion, then the transfer to the center is 10 euros.
We also realized that such long-distance tours are quite tiring. If you are in Prague or Vienna, the night has passed and in the morning the whole day is at your disposal. That Italy, France and everything that is farther are very long distances. We came for dinner, and it turns out that we lost half a day, but this is not the fault of the chord. Therefore, we will probably look for air tickets for such distances in the future.
Hello. Since the opening of the company with us on pilots, for 5 years I have been using only the services of a travel agency. Director Anna and her managers are so attentive that I have never met such an approach anywhere else. I have already traveled half of Europe and I will travel the same amount with them. Perhaps the fact that you were sent to the site to study tours only says that there is now a huge selection of tour operators and trips. Personally, we ourselves study tours on the Accord website and then go to the travel salon and there we already make an order. Sincerely, Gregory
Здравствуйте. С момента открытия фирмы у нас на летчиках, уже 5 лет пользуюсь услугами только турсалона. Директор Анна и ее менеджеры настолько внимательны, что такого подхода я еще нигде не встрачал. Объездил уже пол Европы и еще столько же объезжу с ними. Возможно то, что вас отправили на сайт изучать туры, говорит только о том, что сейчас огромный выбор туроператоров и поездок. Лично мы сами изучаем на сайте Аккорда туры а потом идем в турсалон и там уже делаем заказ. С уважением, Григорий

Our task is to identify the needs of the client, determine his requirements and wishes, and as a result, choose the right direction for recreation together. Countries, resorts, destinations, hotels - a huge number. Often, having talked in a general direction, we give the client a couple of sites, the same from Accord, which has not dozens, but hundreds of tours, so that a person can study for himself what he wants. Many get on the net themselves and explore destinations and hotels. Moreover, talking about tours by phone is not customary in our office, we always invite a potential traveler to our office to talk in a relaxed atmosphere and show everything that we can offer.
Fortunately, we have hundreds of satisfied customers who regularly, several times a year, go on vacation from our company. Too bad they don't have time to leave a good review of their trips.

Хоть, это и давний комментарий, все равно, хотелось бы ответить. Очень многие люди, которые приходят к нам за туром, зачастую, совершенно не знают, куда поехать. Начало разговора, обычно, происходит так: "Мне бы куда-нибудь поехать..." Согласитесь, очень размыто. Наша задача выявить потребность клиента, определить его требования и пожелания, и в итоге правильно выбрать вместе направлением отдыха. Стран, курортов, направлений, отелей - огромное количество. Зачастую, пообщавшись в общем направлении, мы даем клиенту пару сайтов, того же у Аккорда, у которого не десятки, а сотни туров, чтобы человек для себя изучил, что же он хочет. Многие сами садятся в сеть и изучают направления и отели. Тем более, рассказывать о турах по телефону, у нас не принято в офисе, мы обязательно приглашаем потенциального путешественника к нам в офис, чтобы побеседовать в спокойной обстановке и показать все то, что мы можем предложить.
К счастью, у нас сотни довольных клиентов, которые регулярно, несколько раз в год ездят отдыхать от нашей компании. Жаль, что у них нет времени оставить хороший отзыв о своих поездках.
