I do not recommend to anyone

We chose this company, because they are monopolists in the Ukrainian market.

We go not for the first time, to be honest, there are always some disadvantages, but here in three days

a lot of negative things. Guide (Maxim Zakhozhy) - no one, does not tell anything on the road, read from a piece of paper, stammering, information about Krakow and that's it. There are no stops for snacks on the road, only 10 minute stops for visiting the restroom.

A lot of money is raked for excursions, but in the end - a hoax! We took an "excursion" to Auschwitz for 23 euros per person and in the end it was not an excursion, but just a transfer!!!! Some kind of stammering guide rode with us on the bus, told us a little, but they sent us to Auschwitz itself, like you read, everything is clear there. It was terrible (((((the transfer from Krakow is five times cheaper! But we wanted the tour.

And the worst thing is that when we were already supposed to go home, we were told to be there at 15.30 and not be late! It started to rain heavily, but we were conscious, we didn’t want to let anyone down, we ran in the rain, we arrived on time, everyone was wet (it was 15 degrees outside), and the bus was 40 minutes late!!! The guide told us that it would be possible to quickly get things out of the trunk to change clothes, but in the end we were not allowed to do this. They said at a technical stop! Which will be unknown when! ((4 people, including two children with completely wet clothes and legs, already chilled, because they were waiting for the bus and everyone does not care about it.

In short, my advice to you, if you get caught in the rain, wait somewhere and spit on the time. If you get wet, no one will care about you (it’s not them who will get sick later.

And despite the fact that this was not part of our duties, we forced the guide to apologize to you! As for hotels - all this is a subjective opinion. I will not go to Bulgaria in every top five, as I know what service should be in good hotels. And I always recommend to tourists only those hotels that meet their star rating!!! And if the hotel is a garbage dump, I’ll say it straight out that it’s a garbage dump.

There were no problems with the hotel! We, thank Krashenka, chose the hotel ourselves and came only to pay for it, to which they began to warn us that there could be problems with it, because. she doesn’t have enough stars))) We didn’t have any problems with her, tk. everything that we could learn for her, we already knew and were not going to change our opinion. We were very lucky with the hotel))

As for the seats on the bus, this is just the responsibility of the travel agency that reserves the seats for us on the bus. assigns specific seats to specific passengers. These places cannot be changed (without the mutual consent of the passengers) either on the way to the country or on the way back!
The problem was precisely that no one was interested in anything, the money had already been paid, why solve problems with some places?!)))

Regarding the guide ... Let's start with the fact that at first all the "sides" were presented to us - we drank alcohol))) HAHAHAHAHA! It was a very "smart" move)) But even if we drank them, then what does the seat on the bus have to do with it ???
And the guide was forced to apologize not by you, but by us!!! After a very long and heated debate in the presence of a silent director)

guest747, You are categorically wrong. It is always clearly stated in the Travel Service Agreement that the agency is not responsible for the actions of the carrier. The agency does not seat passengers, we can only ask for certain seats, and, as I understand it, your seats suited you, it’s another matter that someone occupied them, but what can Passport Plus do, how to influence?
