I go on tours not for the first time, this time I decided to use the Accord-tour for the first time. Our tour was called "Pleasant Weekend in Prague" and included Krakow and Dresden (extra charge).
I have never met a worse organization and a more unprofessional group leader!
Vita Fedun made us nervous throughout the tour, she didn’t solve problems on the tour, but rather created them!
The info sheet for our tour was provided to us just a day before departure, although we bought the tour 3 months in advance, this made us nervous, we spent the last week before leaving

It all started from Lvov, where we had to look for and call our group leader, since there was no bus at the designated place.
When the bus finally arrived, it started to rain, and soon hail, but Vita wouldn't let us get on it. While people were getting wet, she calmly talked with the driver inside the bus.
and laid out the tour programs on the seats. As a result, these programs differed significantly from the info sheet given to us: they included trips to Karlovy Vary and Dresden
both on the second day, but according to the info-list they should have been on different days! People who wanted to get on both trips, like us, had to choose! And the trip to Berlin was canceled altogether.
We left Lviv closer to 14.00, and then for another hour, it is not clear why, we stood in Terminal A. We got to the border relatively quickly, BUT!!!
We stood on it for 5 HOURS!!!!
I understand, anything can happen, BUT! Judging by the reviews, this tour has existed for more than a year and there have already been similar delays.
Could it really be impossible to leave Lviv in the morning, and not in the afternoon??? Indeed, the program indicates an optional visit to the "Water Park", which, as the leader admitted to us,
open until 6pm! That is, even without a delay at the border, we would not have had time to get there anyway! So how can you fool people like that? Our "team leader" stated,
that we will not get to Krakow! And to the indignation of people, she boorishly answered that this was not her problem and she did not bear any responsibility!
We saw Krakow only at night, and then for a couple of hours, from 22 to midnight, and this is the merit of our friendly group, which began to resent the fact that
that Krakow is in the main program of the tour and is included in the cost of the trip, which has already been paid for and everyone began to call the agencies in which they took vouchers.
As a result, the tour took place, at night and at a gallop, the only thing is thanks to the Polish guide, who was able to introduce us to the city at least a little in 2 hours.
Prague. It was written in the program: check-in at the hotel from 14.00. But our leader said that everyone will be populated by a crowd only at 10 pm !!!! And nothing else!
Everyone was shocked! After the train to Lviv and the overnight journey, people weren't even allowed to take a shower! Everyone was walking around Prague sweaty and dirty after the road!
And again, after scandals and indignations, Vita announced that we would be settled at 16.30, but after a sightseeing tour, we were told that the check-in time had changed again,
at 17.30, and we will get to the hotel by tram at our own expense! By the way, in the info sheet it was written that the hotel is in the center of Prague, but in fact - 40 minutes by tram!
There was not even a question of any transfer to the hotel ... We were told that we needed to buy tickets not only for today, but also for tomorrow,
since the excursion to Dresden will be from the center of Prague, and we will also get there ourselves! We checked into the hotel only at 7 pm, as the manager did not even know how to get there
to the hotel! Disappeared somewhere, leaving us in the middle of the street wondering, then we caught up with her on the other side of the road. Tired people began to resent such behavior and her incompetence,
to which Vita burst into tears and ... ran away. How can there be such a reaction in an adult who is taking 40 tourists to another country??? Is it normal? We ended up finding our own way!
The next morning everything changed again! We were told that we don’t need to go to the center, we’ll go from the hotel and the tickets that we all bought, we don’t need now! Who will reimburse the wasted money?
Another moment, our leader did not even deign to warn people traveling to Dresden that we will not have any stops to buy food on the road! That is, we, it turns out, had to buy
going on the road the day before and then carry it in the heat in the bus! Vita replied to the indignation of tourists that they bought at a gas station at night,
where they sell only water, chocolate and expensive, tasteless hot dogs! Thanks to the guide in Dresden for recommending a relatively inexpensive supermarket.
Totally inhuman attitude! All that my husband and I liked about this tour was our own time in Prague and a trip to Dresden, in which we were accompanied by
adequate leader of another group. Nothing more.
I highly doubt that my husband and I, or any of our family or friends, would use Accord Tour!
wwadim, I personally went with them for the first time in the fall, before Christmas. The hotels were super, everything was punctual, the head of the group, Alexander, was generally beyond praise. It seems to me that thanks to his fluent command of the Polish language and his charisma, we crossed the border in an instant. When we came back it was snowing and icy. In the Carpathians, trucks stood for days and could not pass. But the drivers, by some miracle, managed to deliver us to Lviv on time. In the wake of this enthusiasm, I bought 2 tours, and also persuaded my friends. And the second round was a hollow disappointment. Under ideal weather conditions, we were late everywhere, excursions were canceled, etc. I am now looking forward to the third purchased tour in August. This is how it happens
wwadim, лично я поехала с ними первый раз осенью, перед рождеством. Отели были супер, все пунктуально, руководитель группы Александр вообще выше всяких похвал. Мне кажется, что благодаря его свободному владению польским языком, харизме границу мы проскочили мигом. Когда возвращались назад был снегопад, гололед. В Карпатах фуры сутками стояли не могли проехать. Но водители каким-то чудом умудрились нас вовремя доставить во Львов. На волне этого восторга я приобрела 2 тура, еще и знакомых подговорила. И вот второй тур был полым разочарованием. При идеальных погодных условиях м везде опаздывали, экскурсии отменялись, и т. д. Третий купленый тур в августе ожидаю с ужаасом теперь. Вот так бывает
