We were thrown too. And twice. At first they could not open a visa through the Dutch embassy. Looks like they messed up with the quota. Okay. They offer a tour for the same dates through Poland. Same result. Today our agency made us happy. As a result, like the previous people, the loss of tickets and the May holidays at home. After that, they have the audacity to sell another option, enticing them with discounts. "Dear employees", you would then contact such an operator. Personally, I will not even contact the agencies that work with you. Do not open a Polish visa for the operator SHAME!!!! It is easily opened by small agencies. To be honest, I read negative reviews, but I thought our picky people. No, this is our service. In addition, perhaps this is the only operator who simply does not communicate with tourists, probably feeling like he sucks. Extravaganza, Arteks, Inkomartur are always glad to see you from the manager to the director. Now, to be honest, I'm worried about the return of money. Maybe someone has some experience in this matter. Please share. PEOPLE DO NOT CONTACT ACCORD!!!! READ REVIEWS. I IGNORED AND VERY NOW SORRY

We still went on this tour, but after 3 months. And before that, I had to go to Kyiv for an interview at the Dutch embassy. Thank God, they realized that the last time it was not our fault and visas were opened for us. Here is such a happy ending.

True, I’m unlikely to turn to the accor-tour anymore. For six months, a bunch of nerves spent.

I'm glad that everything worked out for you in the end :) And how was the tour itself?

The tour is excellent. The only bad thing is that the hotels were outside of Paris and Amsterdam. But we didn’t really count on more, just as we didn’t count on the representatives of the travel agency and the guides hired by them, from morning to evening we fully enjoyed the sights of European cities ourselves without restrictions, we refused almost all electives. For an additional fee, we were taken one more day from Amsterdam to Brussels, which was not in the program, where there was also a lot of free time.
There were only 24 people in the group. Maybe they didn't open visas for everyone :) or maybe there are fewer people who simply want to take risks... But nevertheless, one more little dream came true.

Just returned from a trip "Lucky case" from August 26 to September 5. The tour is good, but 2 night crossings are very tiring. There were only 20 of us, so we sat freely. A lot of electives were offered in the Netherlands, besides, on the first day our guide did not gather the required number of people to travel by boat, and on the second day in the morning he joined these volunteers to other groups. As a result, everyone waited more than two hours for them to ride, and then went to electives in the Zaanse Schanns and small towns. Naturally, at an accelerated pace, without really having time to look. (Madurodam was only 45 minutes - nothing special) Combining several groups leads to a big waste of time. We arrived in Paris on Friday evening. And then we find out that the program has changed. Parisian museum tours previously scheduled for Sunday have been moved to Saturday, and the Saturday trip to Normandy and Rouen has been moved to Sunday. And all because on the first Sunday of the month admission to museums is free. That is, there is nothing to take from us. As a result, everyone abandoned Normandy. Disneyland was an elective on Monday. The group was divided into 2 (10 went to the attractions on our bus, 10 stayed in Paris) Our escort (Yuri Ivanonko) went to Disneyland with the bus. By 17 o'clock, those who stayed in Paris had an appointment at the Eiffel Tower, and from there, Yura and I went by train to Disneyland and from there at 19-30 by bus to Prague. For this, Yura collected 6 euros for train tickets. Although it is said everywhere that less than 20 people do not go to the elective course. And the bus had to stay in Paris. Probably, Yura really wanted to ride the roller coaster. But in general, the tour is not bad, the hotels were good, the food is decent, even in Paris. But everyone is very tired, the tour is full.

Almost everything was the same with us. We also resented that we had to go to Disneyland by train, although in theory the bus was supposed to come for us. We went to museums ourselves, it was 3 times cheaper than with a guide.
