I specially chose a tour where there would be no gallop across Europe and night crossings, but only 1 city. In addition, my husband was on a business trip, and we have a wedding anniversary. It would seem that the meeting could not be more romantic, BUT the Accord tried to spoil everything as best he could. Starting with the submission of documents and ending with the tour itself (618).

Firstly, after an early booking, my documents lay (you can’t say otherwise) in the office for 1.5 months (from September 1 to October 13), before I was signed up at the visa center, making me pretty nervous, because the money had already been paid. Three days "before" it turned out that due to early booking, my certificates had expired and I needed to collect new ones. That situation when the fool himself... Everything would be fine if my certificate from the bank did not have to wait 10 working days. It saved me that for reinsurance, on the advice of my Nikolaev agency, I ordered a new one just in case. At the same time, it was my local agency that constantly reminded Accord of the expiration date of the certificates.

Naturally, no one warned the employee who was the representative of the chord in Odessa that I needed to refresh my certificates and she began to shush at me why I allow myself to change MY! the documents. The husband did not need a visa, and the transfer itself, too, but the chord categorically refused (represented by the operators Lyuba and Alla) to order a 2-bed room without paying the entire tour for the husband. As it turned out later, such sanctions were applied exclusively to our couple, and the other was allowed to pay only 33 euros. So the Accord robbed us of an extra 100 euros, imposing a tour and one excursion.

Omitting all other details of my what they called "exceptional" situation in which I demand too much (sorry - tourists are not a conveyor, everyone has their own needs and the job of travel agencies / operators is to help everyone), from 5 days tour in Prague It was only 2 nights and 3 days. On the first and fifth day, tourists are forced to wander around Lviv and are left to their own devices. I was "lucky" even more - on the first day it rained, on the fifth snowfall. And it was not even possible to stay on the bus. Having taken us to the start of the tour, the bus left, and did not stay waiting as it SHOULD be on a bus tour, thanks at least took the suitcases. People who arrived later than 10 o'clock were forced to sit at the station or independently look for tourist places to view. But the bus did not forget to bring it to your terminal on the way to Prague and back, so that you would definitely buy something in the store on the way or order it in a cafe.

In Prague itself, the hotel was far from the center, the bus also did not take anyone anywhere. Only on paid excursions to Dresden and Karlovy Vary (which, by the way, not all those who went were satisfied).

All Prague tours took place on the first day, because the group leader considered it more appropriate. Just imagine a day on the train and on the bus, you arrive in Prague and you immediately have 2 excursions. What gorgeous photos!

The rest of the days, if you have not paid for the excursions, you will not see the leader of the group, and are left to yourself, so learn English, the Czechs, of course, understand a little Russian, but not all.

Quoting our leader, you can generally describe the whole tour - the metro is in that direction, here is a map, it's hard to get lost in Prague, after 2 days we go home from such and such a street. Several people from our group went on independent excursions (like my husband and I), because those 2 sightseeing and one paid ones on which I was reduced to the scheme - the museum on the left, the theater on the right, and there the church, went further. On this tour, everyone was in a hurry - the guides to another group, the leader to buy Bookerovka, which he only talked about all the way, the company - to get the money as soon as possible. Nobody thought about the tourist, unfortunately... In spite of everything, we were still able to feel the atmosphere of the city, communicate with the locals, try Czech cuisine, but this is NOT the merit of Accord. I advise everyone who wants to see Prague - go, but in no case through the Accord Tour
