My friends went twice and were satisfied. Online reviews are the worst. I could not understand why this company is still afloat with such a reputation. I trusted the opinion of friends, crossed myself and went.
I bought the tour "And I'm in Paris! + Disneyland!", https://www.accordtour.com/tours/611/vse_avtobusnyye_tury/frantsiya from March 11 to March 17, 2019. Highlighted the main theses.
Disadvantages:
- the trip can be canceled or transferred to another tour, I was lucky, but people who survived this experience were traveling with us. Experienced tourists were advised to keep track of the number of tours that day. (For example, with our tour to Paris, three tours were supposed to go at once. Everyone was transferred to the most popular one.);
- you live on the bus, you will have to put up with the fact that meals, going to the toilet - on command, will sleep at home or in a hotel. You need to put up with the people around you and their behavior.
- Tours can be canceled and rescheduled.
- you will be forced to buy all excursions, often they are meaningless and overpaid. In Budapest there was an excursion to the Tropicary, people paid for the fare, but they could not get there - a long line. Half a day in Budapest we walked around the supermarket. I went to the thermal baths on my own and did not regret it.
- You need to walk a lot, even run. Walking around the city and admiring the views will not work
Analysis of negative reviews from the Internet:
- "Terrible hotels and breakfasts!" - normal hotels, clean and comfortable, have everything you need, polite staff, varied breakfasts hearty. If a 5-star restaurant is the norm for you - do not buy a ticket to the tour! Your whining will be annoying all the way
- "Terrible organization! Bad guides" - the guide is not required to be your nanny and lead by the hand throughout the city. You will be given a map, navigate yourself, plan a program for your free time in advance. And the problems with time are in the people themselves, who are constantly late for the meeting point and drink coffee for half an hour. Therefore, the time for excursions is reduced.
- "They promised one time! But it turned out to be different!" - the bus gets into traffic jams, they can be delayed at the border. All this affects the trip.
Positive sides:
- There is no better option in Ukraine than the Accord. Other firms are more expensive and have fewer tours on the menu. For our neighbors, such tours cost twice as much. Traveling alone is more expensive.
- an unrealistic number of chic and unique places. They take you, rent hotels, advise the program, offer excursions. It is obvious that people tried when they created this system
People! if you are not ready for extreme sports, have never gone to the mountains, do not know how to adapt to other people, do not know English, do not know how to navigate the terrain and WANT TO RELAX - do not buy such a tour! You will be indignant and spoil the mood of other tourists.
My opinion is based on the opinions of my friends and people whom I met during the trip. As for me, the main problem is that people come to the travel agency, they say - "I want to go to Paris!". You are given a tour with the word "Paris", you pay 200 euros and do not even ask questions, do not look for information on the Internet and do not read information on the Accord Tour website. The site is very easy to find a detailed description of the tour. People go on tour and already on the bus they ask the same questions: “What is the Louvre?”, “What to do in Budapest?”, “Will we not have time to visit 5 places a day in Paris?”. The guide cannot add extra 10 hours per day! The site says that the schedule of excursions may change, that the tour may be canceled, that the route may change.
Мое мнение составлено еще на основании мнений моих друзей и людей которых я встретила во время поездки. Как по мне главная проблема в том, что люди приходят в турагенство, говорят - "Хочу в Париж!". Вам суют тур со словом "Париж", вы платите 200 евро и даже не задаете вопросы, не ищете информацию в интернете и не читаете информацию на сайте Аккорд-тура. На сайте очень легко найти подробное описание тура. Люди едут в тур и уже в автобусе задают таки вопросы "А что такое Лувр?", "А что делать в Будапеште?", "А мы в Париже не успеем посетить 5 мест в день?". Гид не может добавить лишние 10 часов в сутки! На сайте написано, что расписание экскурсий может меняться, что тур могут отменить, что маршрут может изменится.

Да, вы правы, уже так надоели эти вечные склоки между туристом и гидом (сопровождающим), на тему того, что не все экскурсии которые заявлены произойдут, и на тему, того что они взяли экскурсию, а людей на этоту экскурсию не собралось нужное количество и так далее.

1. A guaranteed tour must be guaranteed. Tickets from Kharkov to Lviv for our family cost 160 Euros. You don't want to lose them at the last minute.
2. The deposit on the excursion must also be justified: people must be able to get this excursion and see what is stated in it. (Of course, I do not exclude force majeure). But ignorance of the work schedule of tourist sites, the guide not having information that the sites are closed for restoration, that festivals and other events are held there and therefore they are closed for tourists - this, sorry, should not be allowed !!!
Согласна и с позитивом, и с негативом.
Но самые большие минусы нужно исправлять.
1. гарантированный тур должен быть гарантированным. Билеты из Харькова во Львов на нашу семью стоят 160 Евро. Терять их в последний момент не хочется.
2. Депозит на экскурсии тоже должен быть обоснован: люди должны иметь возможность получить эту экскурсию и увидеть то, что в ней заявлено. (Конечно, не исключаю форс-мажор). Но незнание расписания работы туристических объектов, не владение гидом информацией о том, что объекты закрыты на реставрацию, что там проводятся фестивали и другие мероприятия и поэтому для посещения туристами они закрыты - этого, простите, допускать нельзя!!!
