I will not surprise anyone with my review, since such tactics seem to have become the norm for the Accord company. . My three very good trips with them in 2012, 2016 and 2017 gave me hope that everything will continue to be at the level, but. . . Back in October, my husband and I booked an eight-day tour "Magic Ball" for March-April 2018, dreaming of celebrating our silver anniversary in beautiful Vienna. . . The early booking price was well below the actual price at the moment, which was a bit of a surprise, to be honest, especially given the subsequent price fluctuations up and down. . OK - the date of the trip is approaching, the tickets have been bought, the vacation has been taken, the husband's passport is ready, there are a lot of plans - and here are the figures! The tour will not take place due to a shortage, such as less than half of the bus has accumulated. . . Okay, it happens. We are waiting for a replacement. They offer tours for 4 and 5 days, and for 6 or 7 days, with a considerable surcharge. We refuse, we cancel the tour, we take low-cost tickets to Budapest, we are looking for housing options. , at the same time, we shift the date by a couple of weeks for suitable prices for air tickets, etc. At the same time, we are waiting for money that they do not immediately give back. . And today, two days after the cancellation of the tour, I find it on the list of the nearest,. Not guaranteed tours!!! How to understand this? They threw us out of the list just like that, fraudulently swindled our money for these five months, destroyed all our plans and dreams and are not ready to immediately return the money ??? while the tour is being recruited and ready go. . . but without us!!! Tomorrow I will speak with the operator and wait for an explanation from the Accord. Although they will get out, I'm sure. . The best punishment for them, perhaps, will be a warning not to use their services and the disclosure of the full truth about their fraud and "love" for the client. . .
