-= On the first day of the tour, Ganna collected currency from tourists for optional activities. She didn't give change to anyone, including me. In communication with other tourists, it turned out that she owed someone 4 euros, someone 2, someone 6 euros. In the following days, when reminded of the need to still pay the debt, she answered: “no problem, tomorrow.” And so every day. Many admitted that they were already inconvenient to contact her for this. In any case, three people on the last day of the tour told me that they never received change. I literally “knocked out” my change from her, and then, apparently, because I reminded everyone of this publicly on the ship (“Walking on a boat along the Vltava”). Hanna showed her displeasure by taking out a handful of coins from her pocket and offering me to take as much as I needed. I had to insist that she count me my 2 euros.

-=For a free tour of Prague, it was necessary to get from the hotel by metro. Hanna collected 1 euro from everyone the day before. But she didn’t buy a single ticket. Before descending into the subway, she decided to show the group how to buy tickets for us on the way back from vending machines. She showed me where to throw the coins and which buttons to press, and told us all to go through the turnstiles and go down the escalator down to wait for her at the platform. And she, they say, will herself buy tickets for everyone in the machine. They all did. After 3 minutes, she appeared and announced that she had already bought tickets and that the group could board any cars, as long as they got off at the right station. People were worried that they would go without tickets and suggested that Hanna distribute these tickets to everyone. Then the “performance” began: - at first she said that we were detaining ourselves, that this would take a lot of time. Then she said that the tickets were at the bottom of her backpack and she was not going to take her backpack off her shoulders for this. In the meantime, a train approached, she jumped into the car and everyone had to try to sit in the same car after her, because. no one wanted to pay the fine. When they arrived at the right station and got out of the car, the men insistently asked her to show the tickets. But Ganna continued to refuse, although the backpack was already in her hands. And when the group resolutely declared that they would not move, Hanna abruptly stepped aside and began to climb the escalator herself to the exit from the subway. The group had to follow her, but the mood of 39 adults who felt spat on was hopelessly damaged.

And that's not the whole story with tickets. After 2 days, while on her way to Budapest, Ganna suddenly declares over the microphone that she will distribute tickets to the “screamers”. And indeed, she began to poke some people, including me, metro tickets. The date on them, indeed, was January 20th. But the time: each ticket is punched with an interval of five to eight hours. Those. there was no way the tickets could have been bought at the same time.

= - Approaching the Budapest hotel, Hanna announced the need to pay a tourist tax. This requirement surprised many, because. no one mentioned this beforehand. Upon check-in, she insistently demanded to pay the amount of 1.30 euros at the reception either on the day of check-in or upon departure. Me and three other people were the first to pay 1.30 euros each. But, as our English-speaking tourist found out, this fee is not charged from tourist groups, but only from individuals. Fortunately, in the morning of the next day, the head of the hotel came and, at our request, returned the money to us. WITHOUT the participation of our escort. The former attendant retreated. We wanted to hear Ganna's explanation of this fact. Her answer was: “Well, you got your money back. What else?” That is, if the boss had not come, the money would have remained .. ... from whom? ....

=- Contrary to the promises to show markets where one could buy water or food during the journey, Hanna NEVER did this. Her interest was only in souvenir shops, where she enthusiastically attracted tourists. One elderly hypotensive woman began to feel unwell by the end of the day, but she was not allowed to take food from her suitcase in the luggage compartment, explaining this by European standards. This woman could hardly move by the time she checked into the Prague hotel, especially since we arrived at it we are not at 24 hours, but at three in the morning the next day. But in Krakow, it was only 15 meters from the parking lot of our bus to the grocery market, and time allowed.

By the way, some of the tourists from the group did not go on an excursion to Bawel Castle. But they were not taken to the city, as planned. So the bus stood in the parking lot at the Bawel Castle all the time. But, as tourists later complained, Ganna demanded an additional 8 euros from those who remained on the bus.

And after each such incident, Hanna behaved like never before, the smile never left her face.

This is the first time I have encountered such behavior of an escort, and such behavior is shocking. There is no desire to communicate with Ganna Gurova again.
