My husband and I bought a tour to the Carpathians 2.5 months before departure, to make it cheaper. We prepared carefully, bought ski suits, tickets to Lviv, and as a result, the company sent a letter that the tour would not take place. They offered other options for tours, but with a surcharge 3 times more expensive. The mood is spoiled, the company does not make contact, they only sent a letter from a lawyer that the law is on their side and please go to the forest. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ACCORD TOUR!!!!!!!

Юличка Крысанова, в таком случае уже не номер ваучера надо указывать, а самое время для написания коллективного письма в Министерство Экономики Украины с требованием отозвать лицензию у данного "горе - оператора".
Terrible and irresponsible office!!! / due to the negligence of this company and the irresponsible GUIDE Anastasia, they forgot to pick us up from the hotel in the Marmaris district. We had to take a taxi and go to the airport! Miraculously, we managed to check-in the flight! The company categorically refuses to compensate for material damage !!!!
Ужасная и безответственная контора!!!/ из-за халатности этой фирмы и безответственного ГИДА Анастасии нас забыли забрать из отеля в округе Мармариса. Нам пришлось брать такси и ехать в аэропорт! Чудом успели на регистрацию рейса! Возмещать материальный ущерб фирма категорически отказывается!!!!
