Impressions of the Accord Tour

10-12.08.19 were on the bus tour "Weekend in Krakow". Impressions sea, both good and bad.

The bus from Terminal A left without delay, guide Anna handed out informative sheets with the name of the hotel and a list of optional excursions. Some excursions were changed by day, as a result of which those tourists who traveled to visit Auschwitz had to listen to an English-speaking guide, since the excursion is in Russian on certain days. That is, if the tour operator did not make changes, then everything would have turned out well. In general, this tour was disgustingly prepared by the guide, or rather not prepared at all. Tourists were forced to stand in line for more than 3 hours. Another important point: to buy a ticket, you need to have a passport with you. Since the guide did not consider it necessary to inform about this (and wherever we rest, the escort announces to take documents with him or leave them in the hotel safe), my husband, having stood in line for more than 3 hours, was left without an excursion. The tourists and the guide tried to contact the tour company to solve some questions, but they picked up the phone and asked for the name of the tour and immediately hung up the call, it was impossible to contact Dasha.

In general, the transfer was delayed, as the actions of the guide and the driver were not coordinated. We had to wait for the departure from the hotel and from the city, which was not very comfortable for already tired tourists (there were very early rises).

The hotel, as it turned out later, was not the one that was stated in the information sheet. Although the room was normal, though without air conditioning (these days the temperature was about 30). The breakfasts were good and plentiful.

A sightseeing tour of Krakow and an optional tour to Kazimierz were at their best.

The group got together very cool, no one interfered with anyone during the journey, no one was late. Krakow is a great city, public transport runs smoothly. If you come to this city on your own, then you could see a lot and relax.

Tickets to see the sights are not expensive.

Crossing the border to Poland took 5 hours, since many sightseeing buses from the Terminal depart at the same time, but they slipped into Ukraine in just an hour and arrived according to the schedule at 23.00. We stayed overnight at the Terminal A hotel, which we did not regret. The room is very comfortable, the breakfast is delicious.

I'm summing up my first bus tour with Accordtour: we won't go again. Depending on the uncoordinated work of the tour operator is not the best option.
