March 28, 2012 booked a bus tour (flight N191) "Hello dear Amserdam". The tour starts in Lvov on 28.04.12. We leave for Lvov on April 27, but by this time the visas were not yet ready. For a month, the company was unable to issue documents! Already near the bus (number AC2275BA) we learned that visas were issued on April 27 at 18:00. The tour itself is excellent, there is something to see. There were only 2 troubles - the drivers and the guide. In an effort to pump out as much as possible from the seasonal demand, Accord-tour has registered more groups than it can work out and takes random drivers Peter and Yuri), who do not know the route, roads, language, are not friends with the ZhPS, are poorly oriented in traffic. Every day, the clock was lost wandering along the roads, where they didn’t know which congress, they didn’t know how to ask. For example, from the Polish border to the hotel, 640 km traveled as much as 13 hours, so out of the planned 3 excursions in Berlin, we were able (exhausted by such a ride) to gallop only one. In Amsterdam, from the supermarket to the hotel, we drove 7 km for an hour and a half, we could not get through one interchange in any way. On the bus, tourists shout that we have already passed this pole 5 times. And so every day the drivers wandered along the roads of Europe, because of which not a single excursion went as expected, they constantly had to run after the guide, and they did not give free time for snacks. The guide, Katya, a sweet, polite girl, tried to please everyone, but she could not cope with the drivers and could not clearly organize some excursions either. A 4th year student, she has knowledge, but she cannot speak correctly with tourists. As soon as tourists began to resent the quality of services, Katya immediately announced that she would now stop the tour and return the bus to Lviv. Many tourists who got on this tour have been saving money for years, some went for the first time, and most went for rest and new impressions, as a result they got tired, irritable, dissatisfied!!! The travel agency does not warn (it is clear why) that they entrusted the vacation and the lives of 34 people to random people, most likely part-timers. Maybe there are trained specialists in Accord-Tour, but I would not advise you to risk contacting this company during seasons of increased demand for tours.
returned from Paris 09/29-10/07/12, leader Vasily Lagodyuk - competent, balanced, knows languages - did everything clearly, quickly settled, respectful and patient. , in the bus they were often asked to stop the bus - they drained the beer, they arranged a showdown with the drivers. вернулась с Парижа 29.09- 7.10.12, руководитеь Василий Лагодюк- грамотный, уравновешенный,знает языки-все делал четко, быстро поселял, уважительный и терпеливый.а вот туристы из Харькова, Сум и др мэрикей-цы пьяные концерты устраивали в гостинницах всю ночь, в атобусе часто просили останавливать автобус-им слить пиво, разборки с водителями устраивали. вот вывод-кто создавал реальную опасность? поэтому-начнем с себя

04/30/2013 went on the "Happy Sombrero" tour with Vasily Lagodyuk. The tour was 100% successful! Everything is super, and of course thanks to Vasily. Clever girl, there would be more such accompanying people.
30.04.2013 ездили в тур "Счастливое сомбреро" с Василием Лагодюк. Тур удался на 100%! Все супер, и конечно благодаря Василию. Умница, побольше бы таких сопровождающих.
