It is necessary to pay extra money and fulfill a number of conditions in which, for example, if this is an excursion, you need to buy, of course, a tour! You buy a tour, eat, and abroad you are told that there is no payment!!! The tour is canceled, you will be dropped off, I would say brazenly pushed out of the bus, as they did to us in the center of Venice, and you will independently get to the "meeting point", which is allegedly appointed by the group leader (TATYANA MOSHKOVSKAYA). . The employee behaved completely incorrectly throughout the tour. The information was given unclearly, very often everyone from the bus asked her about her further actions, etc.. When asked what to do with an agent from Nikolaev, the answer is: “I hear about him for the first time!” It's quiet horror! But, of course, the money that you paid extra for the excursion (tour) will probably be returned to you. That's it!
