I want to share my impressions about the services of "Accord Tour", although everything worked out, but I cannot remain silent about swindle.
I'll start by buying the "Inspiring Weekend in Transylvania" tour for two. The tour is for three days. Everything seems to be nothing, except that on the first day they were promised accommodation in a three-star hotel, but settled in a two-star one. The guide could not organize the group, constant delays, deviations from the tour program. The guide decided to remove one excursion from the program.
According to the manager of the company "Let's go with us", which sell Accord Tour tours, the program included three excursions, but in fact the program included a transfer to the facility and guide services for these three excursions, and you need to buy entrance tickets separately. But the guide had entrance tickets for some excursions more expensive, almost twice the price at the box office. Divorce out of the blue! I note that there are 43 people on the bus. For three days there were three excursions for which the guide Yegor Gladyshev sold tickets, on one on one excursion the price was 3 euros more expensive than at the box office, on the other for 4 euros and on another one for 1 euro. Yegor had a normal rise, and maybe he works at the direction of the management. Swindlers. When asked about the difference, Yegor invented some additional fees or non-existent tariffs.
The next divorce: they sell a tour of a small town for 18 euros per person, walked with a guide for half an hour through the city center and that’s it: free time - why don’t you get yourself up! Or I suggest going to the thermal springs (driving 23 km) for 16 euros per person. It cost me 12 euros in a taxi, and they charge 16 euros from a large group, and we eat by bus, just imagine.
Also be interested immediately about the time on the road! One way to go 13-14 hours! Out of three days, one and a half days you are on the bus. This may not suit someone much, but the operator, of course, will not say this himself)
The stay on the second day was not bad.
The bus is a little old, but tolerable.
And so I advise you to buy tickets for excursions and an audio guide, if possible, or, in extreme cases, pay only for the guide.
In general, if you do not want to be deceived, then I do not recommend their services.
We didn’t have such exorbitant prices, the price tag didn’t rise above 30, but still 1 hour of the local guide’s work costs ... I think up to 50, and the bus will take you 50, and the rest ... And in general, all tours for which they pay for place in cash - unaccounted for by taxes, which means minus pensions, etc. We paid for the "mandatory package" under the contract in Ukraine and corrected it by only 4 euros.
У нас таких заоблачных цен не было, выше 30 ценник не подымался, но все равно 1 час работы местного гида стоит...думаю до 50, и автобус провезет на 50, а остальное... Да и вообще все туры за которые платят на месте наличкой - неучтенное налогами, а значит минус пенсии и пр. Мы оплатили "обязательный пакет" по договору в Украине и откорректировали его всего на 4 евро.

I went on tour - got addicted, they will fuck you to the fullest on the bus! The main thing is to get them to participate, and there you can already put on shoes and the tourist will pay, because how is it to go to Transylvania and not visit "Dracula's castle", etc.
Conclusion - travel alone! Transylvania is close at hand. From Lviv to its capital is closer than to Kyiv.
There are some features with the purchase of tickets, basic Romanian is desirable and English is required. But on the other hand, no "accompanying person" sells you for 33 euros what you can buy for a dozen or two lei (5-something hryvnia at the moment). They all go to hell! Dute'n pula!

Турист ловится на замануху — вкусную начальную цену, особенно при раннем бронировании. Но турист не знает или не задумывается, что к этому в нагрузку идут "экскурсии" за десятки евро, "трансферы" за 10-15 с окраины в центр города, дикая нехватка времени на все, визиты в "рекомендуемые" или безальтернативные рестораны, простои на каких-нибудь парковках при отказе покупать навязываемую "экскурсию" и т. п. х. Поехал в тур — попал в зависимость, в автобусе тебя поимеют по полной! Главное развести на участие, а там уже можно обувать и турист будет платить, ибо как это поехать в Трансильванию и не посетить "замок Дракулы" и т. п.
Вывод — путешествуйте самостоятельно! Трансильвания вообще рядом. От Львова до ее столицы ближе чем до Киева. Есть некоторые особенности с покупкой билетов, желателен базовый румынский и обязателен — английский. Но зато никакой "сопровождающий" тебе не впаривает за 33 евро то, что можно купить за десяток-другой лей (по 5 с чем-то грн на данный момент). Пошли они все нахрен! Dute'n pula!

Путешествовать с турфирмой в соседнюю страну - нонсенс. Рейсовый автобус Черновцы-Сучава,220 гривен и вот она - Румыния. Гуляй по Сучаве.осматривай тронную крепость и монастыри а потом на местный автобус и едь в Брашов,Синаю,Бран в гости к Дракуле. Интернет туристу в помощь.
