- WHO PLANNED DEPARTURE DATES?

+ we were in Dresden exactly on the day when the famous art museum is closed
+ we were in Versailles on the day when the fountains do not work (the request to reschedule this tour a day earlier did not work)

- the bus broke down twice - stops for more than an hour - we got to Krakow only because one of the tourists was taken there. There was no talk of any tour.
- check-in at the hotel at 4 am. One of the declared hotels was closed!!! and did not let tourists who walked with suitcases, wasting time
- an excursion in Dresden with a stop at a dairy store - complete nonsense. And of the three castles, one cannot be approached - it is private property
- the guide could not organize stops, the time was not respected, when everyone was already on the bus, the drivers went to draw water - again a waste of time
- all the time we were reproached for something - we went to the toilet for a long time, we could not choose an excursion for a long time ...
- spending the night in Paris is generally nonsense. She promised that the bus would pick up at 1 NIGHT, although the drivers immediately told her that not earlier than 2. We went by subway train. But ... things were brought to the hotel at almost 3. THIS WAS SOMETHING IMPOSSIBLE TO ORGANIZE SOMETHING ELSE!?
- We drove from Munich for an incomprehensibly long time, she told me something about payments in each country and incomprehensible technical stops. I will not slander drivers and smuggling - I did not notice anything, although the versions were different.

I understand that the cost is small, but for my money I want to get experiences, not "SUCK"

І ми сиділи на землі на митниці, як бомжі, та чекали інший автобус. Позоріщщєєєє Акорд....З вами більше нікуди .Тур "Венгрию-Відень" . Почитавши відгуки про Акорд, я зрозуміла, що нам ще пощастило :))))))
