1. Tourists paid for a trip to a really cool and picturesque place - Lake Balaton. They were put on a bus and mistakenly taken to Hévíz Island, where they still had to pay a lot of money for an entrance ticket. As soon as the tourists plunged into the thermal baths and began to understand that a hot bath on a hot day is not the best option, as the guide decided to correct the mistake - urgently gathered everyone, put on a bus and took to Lake Balaton. But since the road is not close, the lake. They returned in the evening - tortured, angry and very hungry (because to "eat" the voyage of Lake Budapest did not provide at all).

2. The tropicarium in Budapest is steep and huge. But the Accord tour devotes so little time to it that tourists, running through the halls, have time to think - "perhaps it would be interesting to see everything here."

Mount Gellert is located in the center of the city and everyone can climb it, walking along the picturesque trails. Google maps perfectly pave the route. We did not understand what tourists have to pay for the Accord tour in this tour.

4. Well, the last excursion offered to us - a boat trip on the last night before leaving home. Since the choice is not rich, most tourists sent their tour package for a boat trip.

Unfortunately, the guide could not cope with the organization of this "extremely difficult" tour. We were late for the first ship, there were no seats for the second, and late for the third - we have to go home. Since the tour was not our fault and we could not send the tour package for another tour (because we went home), we were promised a refund for the tour after the guide submitted a report to the Accord Tour.

After 2 months of correspondence, the Accord Tour flatly refused to return the money, saying - "it was necessary to choose another tour."

By organizing the tour:

Around the hotel: the edge of geography (I do not envy forgotten tourists there), hungry (to get food in the evening you need to remember survival courses), small modest rooms, but very comfortable and cozy beds - slept there very well, and a good breakfast.

Summing up - Budapest is a chic city, there are a lot of opportunities to get bright and unforgettable emotions, but the organizational policy of the Accord Tour will nullify all the positives.

In your situation, you called the company, it is possible that you had a landing not in Khmelnytsky (where there was a departure), but to Netishyn, agree, this is a long distance from Khmelnytsky, without problems and "surcharges" by the carrier, you agree requests. In that situation, on the day of departure, the local bus that gathered tourists in Z.Port, he did not look at the lists, and who goes where, to which bus, you did not answer clearly, so there was a misunderstanding.

We do not know who provided you with information about the breakdown of the bus, but it was not true information, there are cases that there are breakdowns, it is expensive, but this trip was not.
Understand - do not panic that someone and someone "forgot from the tourists", there are no such cases, such as our company and the transport company in which we book transportation. You made a conclusion on the transfer, but how did you leave then, if you were not on the lists and forget the tourists, it is not allowed. And waiting "at the specified time" is a road, there are delays, the collection took place on a big bus so that everyone could ride comfortably, that's why there were delays in departure.

I understand that it is your right to defend the reputation of your business.
The street where we lived was one of the main and even paved, we were taken to the hotel upon arrival. When we were dropped off, we were told that they would pick us up at this stop on the day of our departure.
But this is not the point at all. I am not a princess and did not demand to be picked up from the hotel by a comfortable bus or taxi. If two days before leaving, when my husband called you, you would say - there will be a bus that will collect people and take them to the bus, it would not be a problem! Didn't we say clearly? And who warned us that any other bus, bus or car could come after us? No one has ever even made a reservation for us!
So for the future - try to communicate with customers as much as possible and warn them about the incident!
