From the organization, attitude towards tourists and the behavior of the tour operator - we are simply shocked!

We bought the tour in advance, 3 months in advance, only because of 2 and a half days in Barcelona! And what did we get...

10 days before departure, Accord tour changed the program for a day and a half in Barcelona, ​​replacing one of the days with Zurich, without notifying the tourists. This is just treachery and deceit.

This is called changing the content of the tour!

We wouldn't buy such a tour for anything!!!

Further, according to the program, we planned to visit 7 countries, albeit optional and with a surcharge, but 7! Despite the fact that there was enough time and the whole group wanted to visit Krakow and Budapest, the guide with the drivers refused to take us there!

And on the tour we actually had 5 countries, not 7.

Again deception of tourists from the Accord!

More... The tour of Barcelona, ​​which was announced in the program, was held at 10.30 pm, that is, at night in the dark....

This is just a mockery and mockery of tourists ...

There were plenty of such egregious moments on the tour!

In a word, a disgusting organization, deceit and divorce of tourists for money! Never again will we go anywhere with the Accord!
