The trip itself was pleasant, although the beginning was very disturbing.
At the border we were detained for smuggling. It turned out that our bus carried 3 bags or 1250 packs of cigarettes. The Hungarian border guards arrested the bus and fined us over 8,000 euros. That is, for all vacationers, for people who went on vacation, and not to deal with the problems of a tour company.
We sat at the border for almost 10 hours, and the accord-tour company completely refused to pay and believed that it was innocent. And it seems that the bus, for which the chord is responsible, was smuggled, not the company, but the tourists.
I don’t know how they let us go, but until the accord does something with luggage tracking and labeling, my trips through this company are in big question.
The most interesting thing is that no one even contacted us during this incident or after, and did not offer any compensation, or at least they could apologize. And we missed excursions in Budapest, arrived at the hotel at 4 am and slept only 3 hours!
I'm waiting for comments from representatives of the Accord Tour.

Who knows how well you knew and knew at the signing of the contract that the direct executor of transportation was Tour Operator "Iltur", which was directly transferred money for your trip and a receipt for which you were issued ... which for some reason simply disappeared in the person of its director and it is still unknown where he is ...
Didn't the company offer you 3 options for resolving the issue in connection with the current situation?
- return the money earned by the company except for the amount already paid by the operator
- apply to the bank where the guarantee of the Tour Operator "Tour Operator Iltur" is issued
- pick up travel from other carriers at the lowest possible price with the confidence of our earnings ....
And for some reason this point, where in 2014 you demanded and threatened and chose the option of entrusting our earnings and the amount of moral compensation, you keep silent
Why until 2014 you were silent (it is no secret that a tourist should apply within 14 days if something is wrong with him), everything suited you, and in 2016 you decided to demand a tenfold return from the company ....
I will not go into details, much less I can not go to the individual because of the trial.

Чи не Вам компанія запропонувала 3 варіанти вирішення питання у звя'зку зі ситуацією, що склалась
- повернути зароблені компанією гроші за винятком суми яку уже була оплачена оператором
- звернутись до банку де оформлена гарантія Туроператора "Туроператор Ільтур"
- підібрати проїзд у інших перевізників за максимально низькою ціною з поверенням нашого заробітку....
І чомусь цей пункт, де в 2014 році ви вимагали і погрожували та вибрали варіант поверення нашого заробітку та ще суму моральної компенсації ви замовчуєте
Чому до 2014 році ви мовчали (ні для кого не секрет що звернутись турист повинен протягом 14 днів якщо щось у нього не так), Вас все влаштовувало, а в 2016 році ви вирішили вимагати з компанії повернення в десятикратному розмірі....
Я не буду вдаватись до деталей, а тим паче не можу переходити на особистості оскільки йде судовий розгляд.

А суддя, вибачте за уточнення, теж керується законом та як державний службовець ознайомившись з усіма документами, де чітко вказано, що посередник - Вояж Організейшн Груп, а безпосередній виконавець зобов'язань Туроператор "Туроператор Ільтур", якому були перераховані кошти не може порушити закон - на те він і суддя тому і виніс відповідне рішення.
А також не рівняйте всіх під себе. Якщо у Вас хтось є на "прикармливании" як ви пишите..то у нас, мабуть на щастя...чи на жаль... в даній ситуації таких варіантів немає і ми чесно заробляємо свої доходи та виконуємо взяті на себе зобов'язання які покладені та залежать від нас
