Accord has "excellent business": sell the tour, then 3 days before departure notify that "oh, we didn't have a group - so either here's a replacement for you or we'll refund the money as it is and don't care that you have already bought all the tickets to Lviv." You start choosing a replacement tour, which at the time of purchase was considered as an alternative and was cheaper and .... surprise! you have to pay for it! To the question "why? After all, it is cheaper" - "so our prices have risen now." A "great plan" is to make a person pay more for the fact that when buying a person chose a more expensive tour, which the tour operator was not able to fulfill. There was no mention of any compensation at all!

The most annoying thing is that the tour was bought by a retired mother, who had been waiting for this trip and mentally preparing for several years.

Exactly the same story. Thank you so much for at least 2 weeks notice. The proposed tours were not interesting, and the same chip with a sharp rise in price of a cheap tour. As a result, having hesitated, she terminated the relationship with Accord and went on another tour with another operator. I won't deal with the Accord anymore, despite their enticements.

I think that the money received from tourists, the Akkord management puts on short-term deposits in banks, receives interest and lives on it, and also on fraud when they take money for expensive tours, and then offer tourists to go on a cheaper tour initially, but with an additional payment , as the cheap tour has risen in price. I ran into the same problem when I decided to tour with Accord. The principle of work has not changed: 100% prepayment, a contract on a hundred pages. Signed and wait .... But they won’t call you (you can correspond, then the information is not a betrayal until the very day of departure), they probably like to keep the tourist in suspense, or most likely they just don’t care about you, and two days before the trip they will send a message that the tour will not take place. Purchased train tickets, wasted time, ruined vacation and unjustified hopes - this is yours ...
Unfortunately, I managed to "go" on the tour of my dreams - to Italy.
