My husband and I decided to go on a bus tour to celebrate my birthday. We were given a double-decker bus, which is not designed for long trips! Almost all the seats in it were broken (they are not adjustable and there are a lot of already recumbent ones ... my husband sat in a recumbent state for the whole trip, I was more fortunate, semi-recumbent))). The guide's answer to this was: "well, broken." The answer of the driver in general: "I did not break them." And almost all the tourists of our bus had such sittings. I’m generally silent about sockets, they don’t exist ... (but no, there was one, so that drivers could make themselves boiling water, as the driver said, this is exclusively for them)
Guide Roman could not really explain and tell all the organizational issues. By the time the tourists did not know what time the departure from the hotel .... and so on every question.
Drivers were rude to tourists because they did not come from excursions on time. But this is not their fault, since the guide Roman did not convey this information to them.
I was also surprised that at the end of the trip, when we arrived in the "Valley of Beauties", Mr. Eger at 22-00. Everyone was kicked out of the bus, and those who did not want to, as it was written in the program, closed the bus. The fact that many slept did not bother anyone. Everything would be fine, but all the establishments there were already closed and at night there was nothing to see in the park without special lighting. People just stood and waited...
Lastly, the bus broke down, we stopped every hour ... for stops for 1.5 hours. Instead of the promised 8-30 arrival in Lviv. We were in Lviv at 15-20....
Pluses only hotel in Budapest, excellent breakfast and room. And the very atmosphere of the cities.
Disregard for both tourists and employees I bought a tour in this company for the first and last time. Before that, I went on bus tours a lot with other travel agencies, so there is something to compare with. An old bus, the tables in front of the seats are all unscrewed. The bus has a persistent smell of mustiness, which is further enhanced by the fact that the driver constantly smokes on the bus, despite repeated requests from tourists not to smoke in the cabin. The guide-escort says almost nothing. Only organizational issues. The TV is old, the quality of watching movies is disgusting. The program is designed in such a way that on the 4th-5th day you are already killed in the trash from these stupid races around the cities and there is only one desire: to sleep and relax. All excursions are galloping. During the day they stop for lunch, when tourists are already beginning to resent that they haven’t eaten anything since 7 am after breakfast (and this is at 6 pm !!!). Not the slightest hint of comfort and relaxation.
Наплевательское отношение как к туристам, так и сотрудникам Приобрела тур в этой компании первый и последний раз. До этого много ездила в автобусные туры с другими турфирмами, поэтому есть с чем сравнить. Старый автобус, столики перед сиденьями все откручены. В автобусе стойкий запах затхлости, который еще усиливается тем, что водитель постоянно курит в автобусе, несмотря на неоднократные просьбы туристов не курить в салоне. Гид-сопровождающий почти ничего не рассказывает. Только организационные вопросы. Телевизор старый, качество просмотра фильмов отвратительное. Программа составлена так, что на 4-5 день уже убиваешься в хлам от этих бестолковых скачек по городам и только одно желание: выспаться и отдохнуть. Все экскурсии бегом-галопом. В течение дня останавливаются на обед, когда туристы уже начинают возмущаться, что с 7 утра после завтрака ничего не ели (и это в 6 вечера!!!). Ни малейшего намека на комфорт и отдых.
Here I read reviews about Accord, about torment with crappy buses, with deliberately late arrivals at hotels, with rudeness and rudeness of the guide and chauffeur, and I conclude for myself that it’s better to go to Europe on your own. At least you can watch everything you want without haste, eat on time, get on the plane and return on schedule. Although my family and I went twice with the Chocolate travel agency (it organizes only four options for excursions), everything was perfect: the bus is clean. on schedule and all done.
Вот читаю отзывы об Аккорде,о мучениях с дрянными автобусами,с нарочито поздними приездами в отели,с хамством и грубостью гида и шоферни,и делаю для себя вывод,что в Европу лучше самому,своим ходом ехать. Хоть посмотришь без спешки все,что хочется,покушаешь вовремя,сядешь на самолет и вернешься по расписанию. Хотя,мы с семьей два раза ездили с турфирмой Шоколад (организует только четыре варианта экскурсий),так все было преотлично: автобус чистый.шикарный,водилы тише воды,ниже травы,гид - умница,отлично и четко все и всех организовывал,все было по графику и все успели.

Вернулся из очередной самостоятельной поездки, в этот раз в Грецию:) даже не хочется комментировать весь этот аккордовский ад, потому как в упор не понимаю, зачем платить тупо ради того, чтобы ехать, бегать, не спать и снова ехать, толком ничего не посмотрев и не попробовав.
