It all started with the fact that my husband and I purchased and paid 100% for a 10-day tour called “What People Think About in Paris” in May of this year, which was supposed to take place from 09/24/16. On August 31, we were assigned biometrics at the Czech Embassy, however, 2 days before that, Accord canceled this tour due to, allegedly, a shortage of applicants. As an alternative, we are persistently offered a guaranteed tour “All I dream about is Paris” for 9 days from 09/25/16 .. Being confident in the decency of the tour operator, we agree.
But, for biometrics, at the visa center of the French Embassy, we were sent as early as September 13, knowing full well that this period may not be enough to timely issue a visa. There were 12 more people like us, from the same tour, with the same replacement.
As a result of negligence, which Accord Tour categorically denies, the following happened:
1. The issuance of visas was delayed for 2 days after the start of the tour;
2. Part of the newly created group, to which we were joined, who had multiple visas to Schengen, in the amount of 11 people left without us;
3. We are 14 people in the evening of 09/26/16. in Lvov, they were put into a small bus in order to catch up with those who had left as far as Frankfurt. This meant that we would also travel at night, although we did not have a tour at night, which affected the cost of the tour.
4. On the night of September 26-27 in Germany, the bus was stopped by a "capture" group, the car was carefully checked by technical experts and arrested due to its technical unsuitability for operation on the territory of the European Union, and we, the passengers, were subjected to repeated border inspection and humiliating police "shmon";
5. 14 tired and hungry people spent the night in a cold abandoned hangar of the former border post, where there was not even a place to sit down, not to mention a toilet or a cafe.
6. The next day, closer to dinner, we were picked up by a bus that had specially arrived from Prague. He took us to Frankfurt, where we met at 16-30 with the first group, which consisted of only 11 people, that is, we spent a day on the bus. But instead of apologies and sympathy from Andrey Prudivus, who accompanied the group, we received tactlessness and rudeness. It turns out that only we are to blame for all the troubles, and we should have said thank you that we did not end up in a German prison. Moreover, we were told that we cannot count on any compensation, even if we go to court, because we allegedly applied for a visa late.
We were robbed of 2 days of rest, 2 nights in hotels with breakfast, we incurred material costs for reissuing documents (delivery of railway tickets, bank statements, certificates from a notary, booking a hotel), we did not see either Poland or Germany, although they were part of the tour. The tour itself is not timed, not balanced and poorly organized. And most importantly, Accord Tour and its employees spit in our souls. The business of taking money from customers and not providing proper services is fraudulent, irresponsible.

We also had a negative experience of the trip, the very first with the Accord. If you want, read "Krakow Prague Super Blitz" in our feed. After that, they vowed never to ride with them again. Now we travel with Algol, also from Lviv. Last year we went to Paris (also read our review in our profile), there were troubles not depending on us, but how worthily the tour operators got out of this situation, that all the tourists were very satisfied with everything. I wish you to forget this nightmare as soon as possible.
У нас тоже был негативный опыт поездки, самой первой с Аккордом. Если захотите, почитайте в нашей ленте " Краков Прага супер- блиц". После этого зареклись с ними никогда больше не ездить. Теперь ездим с Алголем, тоже львовским. В прошлом году ездили в Париж ( тоже почитайте наш отзыв в нашем профиле) там были неприятности не от нас зависящие, но как достойно вышел туроператоров из этой ситуации, что все туристы остались очень всем довольны. Желаю Вам по скорее забыть этот кошмар.
and I unsubscribed from the chord-tour mailings after the tour to greece. and I want to give good advice to all travelers: do not waste your money and nerves on a chord tour.
а я отписался от рассылок аккорд-тура после тура в грецию. и всем путешественникам хочу дать добрый совет: не тратьте свои деньги и нервы на аккорд-тур.

Although we, too, this year, with great apprehension, ventured again to go with the Accord-tour (only because the tour with Fairy, which we planned, did not get enough and we urgently had to look for an alternative), so, you can consider ourselves lucky. Well, of course, there were shortcomings, but in general we were lucky, though we did visas at the Italian embassy on our own, as well as individual insurance. Because, judging by the numerous reviews, Accord always has some kind of "crap" with visas.
Deppo еще раз перечитала Ваш отзыв "Элегантный Париж"( он мне в прошлый раз понравился) с Алголем, и как-то начинаю понимать, что у Аккорда действительно что-то пошло не так. Хотя мы тоже в этом году с большой опаской рискнули вновь ехать с Аккорд -туром ( только из--за того, что тур с Феерией,который мы планировали, не набрался и мы в срочном порядке вынуждены были искать альтернативу), так вот, можно считать, что нам повезло. Ну недочеты,конечно, были, но в общем и целом повезло, правда визы в посольстве Италии мы делали самостоятельно, так же как и индивидуальную страховку. Потому как, судя по многочисленным отзывам, с визами у Аккорда постоянно какая-то "лажа".
