Flight 811, from 19.07 to 23.07.2017. The countries are beautiful, and the organization of the tour by Akord is HORRIBLE, the work of the accompanying Vladimir Oliynik, who was completely unprofessional in his duties, is also terrible. I read the program of the tour from a leaf, although everyone is not blind and everyone has a leaf at hand, he didn’t tell anything about the countries he visited, he was silent all the way. The beginning, it is indicated that it is planned to travel to Krakow with an introduction - an excursion, but in fact this is just Akorda's publicity stunt in order to highlight more countries on the tour and increase its attractiveness for tourists. Since the departure from terminal A is at 16:00, due to the visa-free regime, there are a lot of buses at the border + summer holidays, and it is problematic to cross it as soon as possible. The company needs to monitor where there are many buses at the border, because we were standing at the same checkpoint - no result, we went to the Shegeni checkpoint. Therefore, it is marvelous why the chord did not plan to leave not at 16, but at 11, for example, no one needs a tour of Lviv in this form as presented, it is better to leave in advance. As you understand, the tour of Krakow did not shine for us initially and it did not take place. We arrived in Prague with a certain lead. I took all the excursions to the maximum in order to see everything in the country as much as possible. The program indicated that the trip to the excursions on one of the days was paid, but not all the days of the tour. 1st day - overview of the Czech Republic, "Secrets of the Kings - Hradcany" and a boat on the Vltava. All is well, interesting. I only advise you to take a boat along the Vltava on your own, it will cost you 8 euros, and without the Swedish steel, and for the chord - 30 euros. In any case, there was no bus delivery on the excursion. When we ran after settling in, we were given 10 minutes to pack, two tourists were delayed for the Korablik tour along the Vltava and left the room at the wrong time (it was given 10 minutes to pack again), our escort didn’t call them, didn’t specify where and what they were, didn’t say , where exactly this excursion will be, so that they can get there on their own, but stupidly left with a group that managed to go down to the hotel lobby. Left deliberately by the guide, the tourists themselves called Vladimir, but he did not pick up the phone, we heard the calls, but then we did not understand and did not know what it was. In the end, he picked up the phone and explained where and where to go ... in general, he did a favor. The views from the boat to Prague are gorgeous, despite the fact that min. 40 poured rain. The guide herself (who led the tour) did not like it.

3rd day - take a mandatory excursion to Dresden - gorgeous. I visited an art gallery and a national park. The guide was fantastic. On the way to Prague, our guide said that those who want to see the Singing Fountains, in addition to 18 euros, rent another 10 euros. About what the chord had no warnings anywhere. We asked for what 18 euros - Vladimir answered that for a transfer in Prague, he says fountains outside the city. Some tourists did not agree to pay 10 euros, then he dropped us off in Prague at the shopping center and said that he would go only with those who paid for the tour, and let the rest get to the hotel or to the same fountains. I think having paid for an excursion to Dresden, I should have been returned to the hotel, from where they were taken. But the chord considers it normal to drop off a tourist in the country in which he is for the first time, leaving him to the mercy of fate. Fortunately, there was Wi-Fi in the shopping center and we realized that for 3 metro stops and 1 tram there would be singing fountains - we spent 48 crowns (round trip) + 10 euros entrance to the fountains., and it turned out that it was not outside the city, as I lied us Vladimir. Also, the Internet helped us to return to the hotel. On the same day, 1 tourist should have dinner in a medieval tavern with an entertainment program. So the tourist waited for him at the hotel from lunch, Vdamir didn’t call her, didn’t stop by, didn’t say where this tavern was, nothing, just stupidly scored ... And even when he arrived at the hotel, he only talked to her on the trail. day and returned the money, but the fact itself was FORGOTTEN for the tourist and the tour.

4th day. Karlovy Vary - gorgeous, I liked everything very much. Take money - you can buy a bunch of medical cosmetics, drink from a hot spring of healing water.

What can I say, there is no hope for the accompanying guide, count on yourself. The only thing he handed out on arrival in the Czech Republic was leaflets, where the metro station is marked where we should get off and that's it. When the hotel had breakfast, when to go on excursions, it was not clear until the moment of departure, that is, he considered it normal not to inform tourists about anything. When breakfast we found out in the lobby. In what room he lives, he did not say, apparently he was afraid of reprisals.

Apotheosis - 5th day - Vladimir forgot 2 tourists at terminal A, although he counted them all several times !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The tourists ran after the bus, and what is characteristic, we did not return for them, but waited for them to reach us !!!!!!!!!! I wonder how we didn't lose the group in the cities... Conclusion: not professionals work in Accord, the company itself scored on the reputation of tourists as well. Feeling. that you are an individual. A tourist and you were stupidly brought to the Czech Republic, then for 1.5 days the drivers thump and then they take you to Dresden, Karlovy Vary and home. No one takes you from excursions and excursions.

Impressions about the countries themselves are only positive, negative impressions about the tour operator company and the accompanying person. I do NOT recommend taking tours with ACCORD
