Ale... the schedule of tours, excursions, in fact, which we probably don’t know, the entire calendar is jam-packed with the dates of each month!!! Tourists, to be brutal with respect..... we can’t have so many departures and accumulated tours!!!!.... Before speaking, the bus left half full!!!

Reading vodguki, tourists write a lot about the city, the country, hostility, and read, they write a lot about “unplanned, not agreed, but that’s what happened.” Even though it’s not the Agency’s merit, even though it’s not the evaluation of their work, everything can completely block the negative emotions from the agency’s actions... Ale, ale:

1- We called Donka Tour for the singing date in the sickle - they sang that the tour is guaranteed and in the warehouse - 100% you are going! (We plan to do this in advance, because I need to buy tickets for hauling to Lviv and back for 2 people, and pay for admission on the date)

2- On the day of the rest of the day, we were praised. We paid the full amount to the deposit and......even after the insult they inform us that our tour has been cancelled....???? (Vibachte, you didn’t know this before the outbreak? You have a tour in 5 days, people are going to take out insurance with you, and you don’t know that the tour is not booked????) Now you make a payment, so that then the tourist will be in charge and get what he wants.....

3- After paying again and purchasing the tour, other options are available, which are more expensive, and not at all similar to the selected and paid tour.

4- Return of cash in 7 days (And now you have ideas to find yourself in my place - You have tickets for 2 round trips, you are collected, your permit is taken, you will be able to get off in 2 days to Lviv, but there is NO Tour!! You need to book a ticket with another agency on this date - but you don’t have PENNIES on it, but you’ll turn back after 7 days!!!, and after 7 days you won’t have any permits, and how to create tickets for hauling and return the other date, then TICKETS already NO PUSH!!!!

And the icing on the cake from the Travel Agency is a HUGE VIBACHENNY for causing insecurity and stress, a HUGE bonus, compensation and bonuses for the morale!!!!

And the boule bun is not tasty:

1- Departure from the bus station at 6:00 am. Arriving at the bus at 5:30 Ale... the bus arrived at 5:58 - lack of preparation, they checked until the headrests were up, the microphone did not work... the sound on the TV was the same. The microphone was set up so that the sound of ultrasound carried through the ears...The windows were dark and dark. The route for the bus runs along clear roads - villages, small streets with bends, surrounding rivers - the travel time increases.

2- Be prepared for the prices for the “transfer” (would you like to pay for a transfer, since your route passes through this place?) and optional excursions, on the website and in the information sheet may vary according to the price guide....

3-On the bus, as it happened, there were a lot of such tourists, from whom they were “squeezed” into taking tours with them.

4-You can write Google Maps yourself while traveling on the bus using tourists’ phones, helping people who don’t understand anything, saying: “Here, Baby, write, because I won’t figure out what’s there.”...

There is even greater disappointment and even greater concern for the Agency’s focus on tourists who they trust I'm done with it! And Ukrainians really need a fix! And you add so much stress!!!
